Have had a problem w/ Italos Middlebranch ONLY. Based off 4 Locations. 1} Sauce is mostly paste, not vibrant red like the others. 2} Crust is chewy, darker color - Doesn't crisp like the other examples. 3} Cheese just turns brown and doesn't stay lighter color and stretch(ya know like REAL CHEESE!. ALL these lead to cost cutting. What actually ticks me is though is when your a lil' older it's hard to digest these processed ingredients and now we have a problem of messing w/ my health. SUGGESTION: Cut Costs in other ways .Period ● I'll never return to Middlebranch and Italos is my favorite pizza locale. Italo started this w/ recipes that are to be sustained but to veer off for your own wallet is Disrespectful and weak.
