This was exactly what we where looking for after going to the nearby McKinley monument and museum. Awesome variety of food and breakfast is available all day long to the great enjoyment of my pancake loving child! We got the sampler platter, liver and onions, crispy chicken melt, potato soup, Italian fries, blueberry pancakes with bacon and a slice of apple crumble pie to take home between myself, my fiance and kiddo.Can't complain about anything but I'm full of compliments! First off their fresh baked bread on my melt was buttery toasted perfection, the chicken hot and high quality, oozing cheese, crispy bacon...so good! I tried a bit of everyone's, we're all plate sharers(except the liver & onions, fiance loves but err me not so much), and it was all delicious quality food!The server was cheerful and polite, older woman at the counter just as wonderful!Oh and that pie I took home? Best midnight snack ever. Homemade and clearly done so with skill and a love of pastry creation. If you're looking for a real diner not just some franchise generic crud then look no further!

We loved eating at this friendly restaurant, there food was vary good and homemade, the plate had plenty on it.I loved that this place has been family owned for 110 years.There was a bakery there also pies are so good, huge cookies,breads, donuts and more.If you like a ma and pa restaurant you will love this place.
We love eating here, the food is great There alot of food on plates. If you like a mom/pops. Go there.
We've been here for the pies many times. Never for the meals. The picture is my leftovers. Literally half my serving. We will return many times.Great service, great food, great prices... and 10,000 varieties of pie! Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit but more great sounding pie flavors than I can eat in a month of Sundays. Never had a lemon yet... except the lemon meringue. And it is great!
Stopped here on New Years Day because it was open. I had a cheeseburger and my girlfriend had breakfast. Both were really good and the bill was around $22.00 with 2 cups of coffee. Perfect little diner.
Good food, if you dont mind dining with skunks and dogs! People bringing in pet skunks while we were trying to eat. Management said there was nothing they could do about it. Done with ferraros!
Food was ok came out hot. They have very good desserts. Wait staff could use hair nets Noticed a waitress hair near plates when carrying out food. Very beautifully decorated for each season. Plenty of seating. Sad that it's not open past 11pm anymore. Staff are always nice.
We had an amazing breakfast this morning. The staff was so nice and friendly. Definitely want to come back again when we are in the area.
