Rating a 1 because there's no 0 By far the worst Eurogyro I have ever encountered and I LOVE the food. I have given this place many opportunities. I have only ordered for delivery and eveytime I've received extremely late if at all. They close at 3 am on Sat. I placed a delivery order at 1236a....waited and waited and called with no answer...never got the order this was at $40 order.
Order from here meat look like they had it for a few days dry plus I asked for extra meat it wasn't.. Coworker got a gyro with extra meat looks like a single serving.. Another coworker asked for hot sauce on the side and they put it on the wings... Learn how to take orders Right and Give the Food fresh!!! STOP being in a Rush!!! I have the food before the time was later and I Didn't Complain at All. First Shift GET IT TOGETHER!!!
Wings were soggy despite being ordered to be burnt. My Philly cheese bun looks like bite off end and bun was soaked on both sides. Manager stated that's because we used delivery...wish I could upload pic of my sandwich but I did tag them on fb with pic of it. Not ordering again so manager's offer of discount next order does nothing for me. This was my 1st time ordering... beware fr... $50 wasted
I just waited 25 minutes after my pickup time to get cold food, even though I waited there the whole time they were supposedly making it. my Stromboli is definitely not a large and isn't supposed to have sauce in it, the only thing I ordered that was warm was supposed to be a cold Italian sub. they forgot half my sauces I paid for so I went to get them then realized the rest of the order was messed up as well...Save your money
Good is usually good.The main problem i have is calling and confirming they are taking orders up til 3am on Friday and Saturday and being told yes.Then when I get out of work around 1am they are closed or no longer doing delivery.Kinda sucks.But I get it. Between staffing struggles etc.Hopefully I can actually get another order in one night.
Very rude. Accidentally placed an online order for pickup that was meant for delivery. Immediately called to recrify the situation, was told to fix it online. When I couldn't, I called again. They refused to change it to delivery or cancel the order. Was told "we don't offer refunds, better luck next time". Was never allowed to speak with a manager. Looking at prior reviews, not surprised at the poor service
the worst ever service, we waited for 2 hours for the food, which was a $65.00 order. the pizza was like cardboard, and everything was cold. when i called in and asked for a manager they said there wasn't one on duty, and they weren't allowed to fix anything. horrible place to buy anything.
You will never get a better mushroom and Swiss burger than here!! The meat is like steak, the bun is like a bakery bun...toppings are generous too.
Hands down the best food! Everyone is chill that works here. All very friendly and welcoming. Unless your a Karen, then you get what you dish out. The Philly Steak sub is mouthwatering. The honey mustard sauce is mind blowing on some wings or dipping fries in it. If you don’t like the food, then go back to whatever rock you’ve been under.
IF I could give a ZERO I would. RUDE & VERY disrespectful security!!!!! We called this evening to order food. The gentleman who first answered told me to hold as soon as he answered the phone and never came back. After holding for FIFTEEN minutes I hung up and called back. I placed an order with a woman, she told me 30 minutes. We attempted to enter the door to pick up the food by going through the drive thru, after waiting at window for 15 minutes and NO one came to window we attempted to go through front door. We was STOPPED and was told to go through the drive thru. We went back to drive thru, rang the bell, knocked on window and blew the horn. After THIRTY minutes ALL the lights went OUT! We went back around the front only to be spoken to ignorantly by security. We finally left. NO ONE would answer the phone and we called several times!!! They either hung up on us or wouldn't answer..
