The staff is great here, but my order is consistently wrong. I have frequently had part of my order missing when I get it in the drive through whether I order it at the speaker or on the app. I don't like checking my bad in front of the workers because I don't want to seem rude but I have driven away without part of my order too many times now
On Thursday March 31, I ordered a simple hot medium coffee with three crème and two sugars at your location on Fulton road in canton,OH. After waiting for an about two minutes for someone to help me with no customers in the drive thru a person came on and she intentionally repeated my order three times incorrectly laughing in between at my frustration. I was being made a toy so I said never mind and pulled away. As I passed the register, the black haired white girl was laughing and waving to me. I stopped and went inside and she and the other worker hid in the back. I waited they came out and I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager but refused to give me her name. I asked for the person above her and she said it was Hayley. I said please call Hayley, I wee at riches as she spoke to her but could not hear her words. She said Hayley was too busy to talk to me. I have been a customer for yearsssss but you lost my business and I will continue to tell my story until this girl and her manager apologizes to me. Or she is fired!
I ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar to go. They came with cream, no sugar. I ordered 2 sour cream donuts. When I got home I discovered they were regular boring glazed donuts. They can't even get a simple order right.
HONESTLY JUST KEEP DRIVING UNTIL YOU COME ACROSS ANOTHER DUNKIN. If I could give this exact location “zero stars” I absolutely would. I have had multiple bad experiences with the night shift,The one that inspired this review was the staff refusing to fix my daughters “CHOCOLATE MILK” which came out of the window still white, I even asked before it was handed to me “that’s chocolate milk right?” And of course the response was “yes”. I took it and gave them the benefit of the doubt to not hold them up. So I drove back around and through the drive-thru where I asked for it to be remade, and over the speaker was blatantly told no by 2 very rude employees.
Love the peach/coconut refresher drink!
The last two days my latte sucked. I should of tried it before I left. First one didn't taste like peppermint mocha. I shouldn't have to go and stir it myself. The one I got today only had one squirt of mocha when it normally gets 4. I have tried to call but keep getting disconnected.
ZERO STAR Worst Dunkin ever. Waited in line for 25 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me when I got in line for the drive thru. 3 people in front of me ordered 1 coffee each and still took that long. They constantly mess up my orders and there is always a wait a to get an order. I keep trying to give them a chance but I am always disappointed. Never again, I will go out of my way to avoid this one and hit the Portage St NW Dunkin. Horrible experience every time.
Everytime I get snacking bacon, the workers give you plain bacon, also the app is horrible I have not been able to use it and benefit from any rewards in over a month. It still says I have a balance tho I don't and it won't let me add money I just get an error. I hate it, even uninstall and then reinstalling the app doesn't work.
This is truly the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in my life. I have never had worse service, long wait times, and downright rude customer service. Very poor experience every time, and the drinks are routinely inconsistent. A horrid experience overall.
All I got to say is don't go there you don't get your food your drinks not made right you wait in line 20 minutes for a coffee it's the worst dunkin's I've ever been in in the United States they definitely need new management and a new Duncan's team
