They get through their drive thru line quickly. I have only experienced an unkind barista once, and she refused to give me a drink because it could be an allergen to other people if they put it in their mixer(?). Usually they are very nice!
Went to get coffee for my wife and decided to get 2 donuts my wife got a heart shaped apple one and I ended up getting nothing because every donut I wanted they were out and it was only noon, if your a donut shop don't you think you should have donuts all the time and not just one or 2 of the 8 to 10 you offer. This has happened more than once and won't be going back to dunkin again, Krispy cream he we come.
Whether I go inside or use the drive-thru the staff has always been great in the mornings.
I’m not sure who made this iced coffee on Monday Feb 7th around 10AM but I just want to give them praise because the first sip of this coffee made me soooo happy lol it’s honestly the best iced coffee I had from here. The flavor is amazing and the coffee taste extremely fresh. I’m a huge coffee lover especially iced coffee and this made my whole Monday morning marvelous. Big shout out to whatever employee made this coffee!

The drive thru worker was very rude. Didn't have the drink that I wanted, long wait. The drive thru line awkwardly goes through a parking lot blocking anyone who is parked from getting out of their parking spot.. First and last time going to this location.
Incredibly rude employees. While waiting for my coffee they all stood around on their phones and was being rude laughing and pointing to my vehicle. I can only imagine what they were saying. Our coffee tasted old and I will not return. I will be letting all my friends know .
The older lady at window is always so friendly and happy. I appreciate you especially on bad days. Thank you
Customer service is mediocre every time I come here. I’ll stick with Starbucks, these guys don’t even sell Frappuccinos
This is one of the good Dunkins. Drink is always right.
