Worst service ever. Inattentive staff. Not a single person made eye contact with me. Had to wait 10 minutes to order when there was only 1 person ahead of me (who also had to wait several minutes for his order to be taken AND he had to yell for someone to take his order) then I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my son's beverage meanwhile watching several employees pumping out drinks for the drive thru. I had to tell 3 people about my drink before someone finally made it. 1 person said it would be a minute then made 3 drinks for the drive thru. 1 person said okay hang on then made drinks for the drive thru. Finally out of frustration I called to the person in the drive thru who I think was a manager to come over and make my drink (which by the way the cashier who rang me up called this drink out to be made 20 minutes ago when he took my order.) What should have been a quick stop turned out to be a 30+ minute ordeal. This place is either severely understaffed or just flat out untrained. No one seemed to have any idea what they are doing and I will not be going back here again. Oh yes then the icing on the cake I saw the man that was making food in the back running orders out to the drive thru wearing gloves that he's making food with. Let's add cross contamination to the list. What a train wreck!
Always go to the W.Tucs location and the people are wonderful.Mary, Kenny and the rest of the crew always have a smile to share.
Great place, almost always busy in the drive thru, but staff are always cheerful and ready to help you get your day going.
I love Duncan ice tea. they make your order the way you like it, and they're cheaper than most.

Super popular location. Give yourself extra time when visiting during breakfast hours. It's normal for the drive-thru line to be 10-15 vehicles deep.

I would not recommend working here they fired me cuz I was sick and now there refusing to give me my paycheck. and will also not recommend eating here they literally store there food on the ground and they don't clean up or wash the dishes
I have only ever gotten food and drink there 3 times in my life, and 2 times they got the order wrong because they did not follow directions or there was items missing. I am not happy with the Tuscawaras st canton, Ohio store. My order today was 2 begals untoasted, iced capacino , 2 power breakfast sandwiches, and hashbrown. The hash browns where missing, the drink was only filled up half way, and my begals where toasted and tasted like something that got toasted on a toaster that hasnt been cleaned in a very long time, and they where hard as a rock.
Weekends are usually busy going through the drive thru but I went in got my donuts and went about. My day. Fast service inside
