Employee on Saturday, May 7, 2022 around 6:20 p.m. didn't know what type of bagels were available. She was not trained in how to recognize them unless they had a label. She had to ask a manager which bagels were on the shelf. She couldn't get one of the registers to work. And then when she switched to the other register, the device that scans the Dunkin Donuts Loyalty Perks card wasn't connected to the register and wasn't working. She couldn't get that to work. As my points were about to expire, and I needed to have the purchase register in the Dunkin Donuts app I left. Disappointing experience. Probably the last time I try going there. Back in 2020, I was kept waiting an extremely long time, so I left.
These people are always so nice to me. I love to get a coffee roll from them sometimes. When I get one I ask them if they could please ice it with chocolate icing and they do. Thank you all you're great. Although I would suggest that you start the day off with more coffee rolls on hand. I don't believe they'd go to waste.
NUTTTHAN BEATS DUNKAN, I'M ON'A DUNKAN\DIET! I ALREADY WENT UP THEIR TODAY
Horrible experience normally rely on this location for good service and friendly employees. We ordered donuts and was told they didn’t have anymore glaze and we asked for a variety and what we were given was hard and old and dry the coffee I had ordered was very simple and it was watered down didn’t even taste like coffee you could clearly tell it’s been sitting for a while, at this point it’s getting old no other dunkin locations can provide a good service that are still close to me I have had the same experiences at Louisville dunkin when I found a hair in my food. Wont be back
I just came through, I’m just overall gonna go to the Dunkin by McKinley. I asked for a hot coffee 2 SUGARS and 4 cream and they gave me 4 sugars??♀️ It’s not a big deal but like I even told her on the speaker after she said “4 sugars” no I want 2 sugars and still proceeds to just give me the 4. ? like dang
Ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich from here today but apparently the workers there think that translates to a bacon sourdough sandwich. If the sandwich wasn’t available then why didn’t they just say that when I ordered it instead of giving me an item with meat (red meat at that). Would’ve preferred the veggie breakfast sandwich and it would’ve been the most logical 2nd choice. I wish food allergies and dietary restrictions were taken more seriously at these establishments but that’s wishful thinking.
My rating is based on my experience today. I went to exchange a cup I had purchased at the Cleveland ave location in Canton. The workers today and the older manager today were all rude about the situation. Instead of being polite and just giving me a refund or letting me exchange my cup I got nothing but attitude. The manager ended up finding the cup I asked for then threw a dollar bill across the counter to me to make up for the difference. Just no excuse to be rude!
I love coffee food is great, really a clean place inside and out fairly quick service in the drive-thru as well
There's a young lady who works for the Dunkin on Cleveland Ave NW and she makes the best Ice Coffee ever, Thank you Jordan Cox for taking the time to do it right.
I really like the way Carla makes her drinks and her snakin bacon. Everywhere else and even at this location they give you plain bacon. I want to see the sugar in there and taste it. You should re- school your employees how to make snakin bacon correctly.
