The food is fresh tasty and presented very well and the staff is friendly and informative and personally accommodating.The best thing about the sandwich is the bread because the bread is what makes everything in the sandwich.The cookies are chewy and tasty and and the perfect amount of chocolate chips and walnuts.My husband and I love having them for lunch during the week and so we get the catering package which gives us about 15 Small sandwiches to work with.It is well worth it and you won't go wrong.
Three employees working, two customers in the dining area and they still couldn't get the order right. Asked for everything bread on two subs and only one had it. Asked for extra oil on the Godfather and got none.The girl that took the order has zero customer service skills and the two making the subs, had they not been talking and goofing off they may have been able to put two subs together as ordered.
Our favorite place to get subs. We like that the bread tastes like you made it at home. Also bread isn't so thick that it's most of the sub, good balance.
Excellent food and service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Line moved quickly and wasn't much of a wait for the food. A bit pricey but I think all restaurants are anywhere. It's a sign of the times.
I have nothing to complain about even when I've had the food before at catering events it was awesome and you always come true to form. Love it will be back I am a member of your loyalty club. I will always be loyal and we'll be getting more subs in the future.The last order I gotten for a family member who never had the sub. Now she has become a loyalty member. This place makes subway look like the cardboard it is. The sandwiches are made fresh and they are loaded with meats and cheese. They make sure you leave full. I normally get the buffalo chicken or their Italian. But are great! I wish they had one closer to alliance!
Spent $25 on 2 sandwiches for pickup. Was there even before they were done but the bread was so hard they were inedible. So after a 12 hour shift at work I wasted money here AND then to buy dinner to cook. Thanks for that. Won't return.
Ordered online, quick easy pickup in store. Philly cheese steak sandwich was very good. Will be back for more sandwiches in the future. The pickle was also very good and crunchy.
If you haven't tried DiBella's yet, you're missing out! Love their rewards program, and you can quickly earn FREE subs. The bread is what makes the sandwich sooo unique here. So fresh and soft, I could just eat the sub bread without any toppings (although the toppings are amazing as well)!
Went here with my boyfriend and my son. We are to say the least sub/philly connoisseurs . Esspecially phillys. I get the employees are obligated to talk the food up there but we were so hyped up. By the time we got our food we were distrout in let down. And remorseful of the 30$ we spent . The sub was just genuinely not good. On every level. The chicken was like chopped chunky. Not like philly meat. It tasted spoiled like it had been near fish or something idk. Tasted like chicken tuna. And even if the meat tasted good there was like not enough. And the bread don’t get me started on the bread. One word. Blan. We barely ate half our food and kindly told manager our troubles. She offered us cookies. When in fact we would have preferred a refund considering. We are exited to try the philly and sub places in this area but sad to say this one has a thumbs down for us. And a big thumbs down to the person who commented the best phillys outside of philly.
