Always closed and always lazy ladies. Manager lady always gone and always not there or always at the backdoor outside. God Forbid it is a holiday- their store will be closed for many days before and many days after the holiday and during holiday. When a skinny guy used to be a manager there - it was organized and he was always there. Now every week there is a new girl working there as if nobody is paying them good enough, girls are quitting this work every week. At this point, juices are very pricy, and you would think that girls get paid enough to work good and to stay at work, but this is not the case. Right now it is July 2nd and store is closed. Don't even open your store, just stay closed then. Why even bother.
Love coming here to get a healthy snack and juice. Great smoothie bowls too. Avocado toast was delicious and the coconut “bacon” topping was an unexpected twist. Loved it. I always come here and get immunity shots. They are the best. Support local and eat Whole Foods!!!!!!!!
This is the most authentic Black owned business for healthy cold pressed juice! I haven’t lived in Ohio since 2018 but I’ve gotten to meet the owners at the Whipple location and their staff has always been so awesome! I came to find them to see if online sales are maybe available? Their juice is sooo fresh made daily back then I doubt it but I will never forget this business it will always be on my radar! I have frequented this place many times and the energy of some of the workers is very low. Today I went in arund 4:51pm, this particular worker acts as if she hates her job or perhaps its me she dislikes. There was no hi, no thank you, no have a nice day, no smile, actually there was no eye contact. This is not the first time. The juice taste good but the customer service frequently is disappointing. A poor product should be the catalyst of a customer not returning, not the service they received

**Vegans check ingredients everywhere you go. Not just here.**I really waited years to leave this review. Kept thinking maybe its a rough patch. Maybe they will correct it and be great again.. i finally had to do it and leave this review. It hurts.They used have great food and juices but have went extremely down hill over the years. its sad. From rude employees hanging up on you. To not taking any food orders a few hours before close. Said yo be open on social media and google.. get there and they are closed. No sign on the door. Several times we've had dirty juice bottles every time we go. Happened 3+ times in a row. They give us a credit which is nice but they need to correct the issue. Next issue..having to wait 45+ minutes for our order when they said 15 minutes. Happened more than 3 times. Then the food being mini size or burnt. Not to mention that the buns they serve for gluten free.. they claim are vegan. Asked to see the label they are indeed NOT vegan.(egg) ( found this out 6+ months ago) so they could have fixed it by now. But i wonder how many vegans ate that not knowing. It has severely went down hill. Its just sad because i want to support them but after 10+ bad experiences and saying.. well try one more time.. the straw is about to break. Good loyal customers lost.Pictured is a $9.00 meal that usually is way more full. 45 minutes later than expected. Cold and half cooked.

Being a first time customer that drove over 45 minutes to visit this location. I unfortunately was very disappointed although the store closes at 6 I arrived at 5 minutes til 5 only to be told that the grill shuts down 1hrprior to closing. If this is the normal operating procedure it is only fair that you make that known to your customers!! First impressions are lasting impressions!!
Friendly service, tasty food, and the best smoothie I've ever had in Ohio! Really fresh. The chili was great, can't wait to come back and try more from their menu. This place has a surprising amount to offer.
Jackfruit tacos were incredible, tighten up juice was delicious with a great ginger kick and service was very friendly!
