I love Churches. Delicious stuff, but holy smokes this location was struggling. How can a chicken restaurant not have any chicken? I feel it was most likely circumstance or possibly mismanagement.Either way i waited 30 minutes for an order i really didn't want but settled for before they didn't have any white meat chicken or chicken tenders, strawberry lemonade large drink cups.
Waited in line for 30 minutes . Chicken was unedible (bloody) tastes like metal I was mad . No answer when I called about food on break upset
I took my daughter for her first churches experience she loved it their chicken is delicious
Chicken was frying when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes but it was worth it to have fresh chicken and okra!
My food Is tasted horrible fries and chicken tasted like chemicals chemicals Apple pie was split in half with filling coming out. Regular fries were the size of the kid's size macaroni macaroni was watery I'm not tasty
I am going to start this review out letting you know that I am a customer. When a customer asks a simple question and the boastful GM decides to speak to that customer as if they are nothing and or stupid I personally take offense to that. Another thing I take offense to as a paying customer…I truly believe a GM should know their cuts of chicken. They should know the difference between white meat and dark meat and be grateful that you are paying any patronage to the store. I will go as far as Akron to not visit the store again. And I am a true churches chicken devotee since this is the chicken I grew up on
So we have some chicken sandwich here and they was burn to the point we can't eat them no one wanted to do anything about it as well will not eat here again.
For whatever reason they don't have churches chicken in New Jersey..
They had a long wait time, no seating for you during the wait time and they didn't get our orders right. Oh, no drink offered with the combo. Great biscuits.
Forgot my son's fries in his dinner box. Out of mac and cheese, corn and green beans. Dirty rice was strangely full of gristle. Coleslaw and biscuits were on point. It was my first time. Don't think I'll be going back.
