Fast and healthy and great quality food made fresh! Huge portions and a bowl is enough for 2. Get it to go and go find a nice park!! Lol
Seems like every time I order from here anymore, the meat is so dry. This bowl is actually so gross this time, I don't even feel like eating it. They love to skimp on everything here even if your order extra. So disgusted. So I came back to edit this after a couple more bites before throwing it in the trash, the whole almost full bowl, the meat literally tastes like it's from a can!!!!
Let me start by saying I love Chipotle! However tonight was my WORST Chipotle experience EVER! Out of lettuce (told this after I had 3 bowls built), but continued order anyways. Portions seemed ok... got home and all of us started to have dinner. The chicken was so chewy, stringy, and tasted awful! Tried to eat it, but after 5 or 6 bites had to pitch it in the trash... great waste of $! Definitely will NOT be back!
This is one of the best Chipotles when going in. They take their time making the food and insuring that you get your monies worth. Like usual, when ordering To-go, the service and quantities are just not the same.
It has been really good for a while here, I usually get veggie bowls so I don't know the quality of meat here. But it's back to being way too salty. It was so salty today that I couldn't eat my veggie bowl... I think the excessive salt was in the chunky tomato salsa but it was so bad that I couldn't taste any other flavors.
Horrible store. Came to the store to make an order and their menus are half empty. Then asked the server if he can replace tomato with guac since many items are missing the the guy nodded his head and then also charged me for the guac. The staffs are rude here not coming back guys save ur $$$ and get it from a different location.Rated the worst chipotle frnachise across akron canton
This is probably the worst chipotle location in the state. The staff is rude and apparently they’re unable to prepare for the volume of customers they have on a daily basis. Every. Single. Time. I go to this location they’re “out” of certain meats or other ingredients. How do you run out of tortillas at a Mexican restaurant? I love Chipotle, I order it 1-2 times a week and I’ve been burned by this location many, many times. I’ll usually go 10+ miles out of my way to avoid this store. And a few times I’ve stupidly thought “Maybe last time was just a bad day, I’ll give this store another shot!” And have regretted it every time. I can count the number of times on both hands that I’ve waited in line for a few minutes just to get to the front of they line and be told “We’re out of “X” and “Y” ingredient, and then turn around and drive 15 miles to the Alliance OH location where they USUALLY get my order right. This food isn’t cheap, so I HIGHLY recommend that if you crave a chipotle burrito or bowl, you go to the Alliance or Market Ave locations and spend your hard earned money there. This store is too inconsistent. Stay away at all costs.
Better than its been in a min. ??Chipolte Omg the new Pollo Asado is amazing! Love the new staff. Love that the ones who actually showed up on a sunny Sunday worked super short because others chose to not to. You Rock!
Not only is it over priced if you can't eat spicy foods or don't like spicy food there are only three items you can get for a bowl or a burrito .. which means you are limited to the pork, guacamole, and lettuce... EVERYTHING ELSE IS SPICY... Meaning the steak, chicken, barbicola, the queso, the corn the salsa the rice ALL SPICY big thumbs ???? for me
I ordered 2 bowls one steak and one chicken. I also ordered a burrito. I double checked my order. Once I got my food my bowls had no meat at all in them despite me ordering a chicken and a steak bowl. Does anyone not know how to read or fulfill an order these days?!?!? People are truly incompetent.
