The staff is so negative most of the time. I understand being busy or tired, but when I worked at chipotle, I’d I ever greeted a customer with a frown or an attitude I swear I would get scolded for that. The evening crew is the negative ones. They all seem like they don’t want to work and they don’t care about much. Sour cream all over the bowl lid, told me they had fajitas and my partner that they were out, but then gave a customer a little later some fajitas. The past few times we had been in there it’s been messy, the trash is overflowing, there’s no napkins, and the drink station has had something different out of order every time we come back. From someone who worked at a chipotle, and someone who is a long time customer, this store is a disappointment and probably a C store at best.
Service was friendly, and quick. The restaurant was clean. But they were out of several ingredients like black beans and guac even though it was hours before closing.
The food was great. They staff was wonderful. I rated them three stars because of their fountain drinks weren't in operation. I am not a soda drinker so I was gonna get lemonade, but it wasn't working, they said it hasn't been working but did not post a sign on it.
If I could leave zero stars I would! We paid $13.00 for double chicken and guacamole in a burrito. (We have ordered that same burrito for years, we know what size it should be) Those were the only ingredients and the burrito was 3 “ big! Smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. I called and spoke with Hannah and she said it’s measured, measured how? We all know they don’t weigh the spoon when they fill it with the meat or ingredients! Said I was bringing it back. They said ok. My husband took it in, they said yep, that’s how it should be. Never offered refund or to make a new one. He left the burrito there. Horrible customer service!Won’t ever be back to that location if ever at any Chipotle!!
Best chipotle in the area! Burritos are always stuffed with food and has great taste. Only complaint is a few times I ordered here online it took a little longer for the orders than what the app said.
I went in with my 9 year old son (very hungry) and my mother. We had not ordered a chipotle in three years sbd when I went there it was a bit unsettling to see an unkempt place. I overlooked it thinking since it’s almost the end of the day for them, it’s a good idea to just buy something quick and move on. My conversation with the server was following :Me: hello!Server: stares at meMe: (asking my kiddo) what do you want ..him giving it a thought. (Server still staring at me.. making me a bit nervous now)Me: (to the server) sorry we are here after a long tome so a bit lost. Can you help us with what could be something quick for us to order (just trying to make small talk)Server: I feel like I am about to pass outMe: what! Am sorry??Server: (pulls down her mask) Server: I feel like I am about to pass outMe: (very confused) oh! Are you ok? Why don’t you sit down. May be someone else can help me! You must rest (she has like 5 people around her)Server: no one can help.By now am not sure what to say. And my son and my mother are lost because they haven’t heard this conversation (it’s kinda loud in there)Me: (walked to the manager) you must take care of your server. She’s about to pass out. Manager stares back at me. Looks like he has lost the game.This place was catering to many people at this time. I left the place leaving sad, confused, pathetic, cheated (of my wish to eat a simple quick dinner). I will never go back here. But may be they don’t want me to come!
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this zero, I would. I placed an online order entree and kids mean- the kids meal was a chicken quesadilla…. With no chicken. Whatever we didn’t have time to go back. Go back again to give it another chance. Not only was the chips missing with the kids meal. But my whole meal was messed up. I was missing items on the bowl, I paid for a large chips and Queso and got a regular size, my sister niece and mother had a half their stuff missing on theirs that night. Next to NOTHING in the bowl. When we went back, and requested our meals remade since so much was missing- they STILL missed the chips and queso which cost over $7. When I went back A THIRD TIME they tried to charge me AGAIN for them. I stated no, I did not get it I won’t be paying. I already paid online. And what I would assume is the manager picked up what was missed and THREW the missing items at me. In front of other customers. I went there THREE times and finally got my order done, yet I had chips thrown at me. THREE TIMES to get the order done. It should have been done the first time!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT GO HERE. If you want chipotle go to another one, better yet. Just don’t give this company your hard earned money. Plenty other places in belden that won’t give you the run around, and throw things at you.
I am not one to complain, especially right now with a worker shortage. But this Chipotle never gets my online orders right. Last time they forgot my guac and this time this order doesn’t have any of the correct toppings on my bowl or in my husbands burrito. Luckily I received a refund. I would just avoid online ordering and go into the store so you can tell them your order and ensure it’s right.
I ordered through the app and realized later it was just when they were opening. However, even short staffed because of people calling off, they came through and delivered my food in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!! Go team!
