Food was good but it's their having some issues. When I walked in there was someone manning the cash register and one person working the line. Four customers including me patiently waiting. Approximately 5 minutes later no less than 4 employees miraculously appeared from the back. Low on fajita veggies and corn salsa and no plan to replenish. None of the employees seemed too concerned or in much of a hurry (except the cashier who was trying to get customers out the door as quickly as possible). 25 minutes for that visit.
I was at Chipotle's of Canton Center on Wednesday May 4th around 4PM where I was met by the 2 young people behind the counter with the most beautiful smiles & positive attitudes. What a pleasure it was to encounter these 2 young people. I am so used to walking into a place of business & being met by a lumbering drone.... wordless & expressionless. These 2 employees deserve the attention of their management not only for the face they put on their business but also for the truly uplifting experience it was in my interactions with them....& food was pretty good too....but most of all was the quality of people I was met with. I hope this somehow reaches Chipotle's management.
Went to this chipotle tonight and their systems were down and they couldn’t take any more orders. Leaving a 5 star review because stuff happens, systems go down, but I watched as all of the employees worked together to try to fix the problem. No one was just standing around for free time. They all seemed to genuinely care about getting up and running again and serving customers. One of the employees was even communicating with a customer using sign language. Very impressed.
Love this store. Always has all the food in store and the people are really nice. The girl at the front counter with the different lip colors is the best!!!
This was my worst experience at Chipotle. Got the about 1.5hrs before close. They were out of steak, guacamole, and sour cream. I understand turning off the grills and being out of meat close to closing time but not wanting open up a new thing of sour cream just seems lazy. That wasn't the only issue, the young lady running the register shouting down the line at customer that if we wanted steak we they were out. The person making the food was telling people that what they saw was what was avalible only to have the cashier berate her by yelling at her "I already said that". When my food was made the cashier, who was sitting in the lobby didn't seem in any hurry to get up a ring me out. The next person in line was an online order that wasn't ready yet and the cashier snap and him and basically ordered him to stand in a specific place till his order was ready. So just a very negative attitude and demeanor from the person ringing people up.
Tried to order chips and guacamole online. Chips weren’t available. I called the store and the automatic assist was complete a$$. It took another call to finally get ahold of someone in the actual store. But guess what? When they picked up they couldn’t hear me. That happened twice. I just wanted to call and see if they had chips… Canceling my order atm
Ordered for pickup at 6:30 wasn't ready until 7. Ordered steak burritos had no meat in either one. Ran out of meat is what they told us and they still charged me for the steak ? people that were coming off the street got there food before me ?
Was empty when we got there so we walked right through but then like a line of ten hit and it seemed to start moving really slow. The line was there for the rest of the time we was eating. Kinda seemed less chaotic then other Chipotles. Not sure how you could speed it up. Seemed like every customer asked too many questions about the food?
God help you if you order delivery and the wrong order is brought to you, online customer service website doesn't work and telephone customer service you need to have way too much information. you're stuck with the wrong order and won't get a refund. my suggestion is go to a real Mexican restaurant instead
Best service and best food I have had from a Chipotle in a very long time. Entire staff smiled and was in sync with each other. Was nice to see a good crew working. ?
