Always great food I come here for lunch often since I work in the mall. But tonight I had a different experience while dining after work with some friends. Off rip the waiter had an attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted to wait on a large group. I was in about 1 week ago April 15th with a coworker having lunch and used a $25 gift card to pay. I had a $7.70 balance left on it as I kept the receipt wrapped around it. My boyfriend and I’s bill came to $55 and some change so i used the gift card to get rid of the balance and our waiter comes back and says there is nothing on it. I was just here a week ago and still have my receipt that doesn’t make sense. She hears me complaining saying she’s lying and never came back to our table again. I don’t care about $7 but why would she lie when I had the receipt? Seems like she just didn’t like our group and needed to pay for her own lunch.
I ordered the mushroom burger that says it comes with sautéed mushrooms and onions. The mushrooms were not even cooked and there was NO onions. The 3 of us all had fries that were cold. Not to mention the booger or dead bugs that were on the wall. It was a horrible experience for us.
Probably one of the worst salads I've ever had. I talked to 3 staff members to pick up a single order. I was almost 10 minutes late from the expected carry out time and still had to wait. At the end I was left standing with a receipt after signing and no one to hand it to because they walked away so quickly. The chili portion size was laughable for the price, and it wasn't even good. The best part about the meal was the fresh fruit - the grilled chicken in the salad was so rubbery and bland I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually boiled. I definitely will not go back.
All the times I have eaten there, the food is hot and very good, plus excellent service! However, the last time I was there, the service wasn't that great. I still gave 5 stars because normally I have receive excellent service. I like the menu-full range of variety!!! Nice atmosphere too!!!
Absolutely horrible experience last night from the hostess trying to convince us not to wait for a table to our server ignoring us as well as additional servers we had the unfortunate experience of having to interact with our table. If we weren't attempting to have a family dinner with 3 small children and grandparents we would have walked out. Safe to say we will never be returning to this Chili's.
Fantastic service and great food. I ordered a burger, ff and soup. The soup was a bit runny compared to usual but still had a great taste.

Our waiter Nicholas provided excellent service! We got seated right away and served our drinks right away. I signed up for the rewards program and he acknowledged the Free chips and salsa code on my phone. Food was served quickly, even with how busy his section was. Brought us fresh drinks before we even had to ask! Thank you Nicholas for your service and keep it up!

Went here with my son this afternoon. I got my son a cheeseburger and it was so bland and burnt. The fries were so hard they were like carrot sticks. The best thing about our meal was the complimentary napkins. Our server was sub par. Very disappointing. Good thing I didn’t bring my grandma, Her dentures would’ve broke biting into the burger.
