I usually don't give bad reviews, but I had to at this place. Do NOT waste ur time or money!Food sucks! No seasoning, Wendy's is better tasting. Firecracker shrimp was the best thing and you could tell it had just had Frank's on it. Service is why they even get 1 star
Burntwood Tavern is expensive to begin with so their food should be better quality.I Ordered the fish sandwich tonight. It wasn’t even a whole piece of fish. They wrapped it in aluminum foil and when I got home it was soggy.I ordered a side of mashed potatoes. The worst I’ve ever had. I think they were Yukon Gold. With potato skins. They plopped the potatoes in a cardboard box instead of using a to go bowl.When I asked the woman who brought me my food about it she said those were the only containers they have that they use.I threw away $18 tonight. I won’t be ordering from them again!!
Our server was great!!!! But the manager seemed like he didn't care about anything or knew the answers about the food on the menu and also the points that was offered on the program that they had in place. The food was COLD honestly but still ate it cause they were busy and didn't want to wait a while for it if it got sent back... I think it's the last time I make a special trip there I felt that Jordan and the bartender that night was the only ones that went over the top on service today! Thank you both!
Wow! We love this place and have came several times - and the bartender Bree will keep us coming back! She’s helpful, prompt, friendly and overall top notch! Stop in and you won’t be disappointed!
We enjoyed most of their food. Our server was a delight, and I won't forget the pear of cucs in a hurry. However, the fish was a little undersalted for me, and the coleslaw had a tad too much vinegar.
Unbelievable! The place was as close to perfect as you can get. Service was 10/10. Management 10/10. Food was 10/10. Place was clean. We loved everything we got no exceptions. Would come back everyday if I could.

New to the area and beyond disappointing with my visit to this location. The visit started out okay with us being greeted by the manager at the host stand. We were seated promptly and greated by our server at 12:11pm. Shortly after getting our drink order our food order was taken.30 minutes later the manager walks by the table holding what looked to be one of our three order to turn around and return to the kitchen before returning to the floor to speak to our server. During this 30 minutes no one checked up on our table.10 minutes later a table near by that was seated after us received our food and we were able to flag down the manager. We informed him of the wait and that we had to get going so we asked if our food could get boxed up for us. We were told he would look into it and shortly return with the food and attempted to walk away with no further communication. Before he could get away we asked if he could take our payment so that we could leave and he seemed unwilling to do so but did. Shortly after our server returned with the receipt and was the only individual to apologize for our 50 minute wait.At no point did the manager communicate any form of care for the situation. Completely unacceptable from a service industry.
Unfortunately my family and I received the worst service at the Canton location. We truly understand there are situations that are out of a servers control such as, short staffed on the floor or kitchen. With that said we were not informed of any issues so we are assuming just poor service. Our starters came out cold, we requested additional sauce which was ignored. We then waited another 45 minutes before we asked if our entrees would be coming out soon.Server’s response was to walk away with out saying a word, very strange! At that point we paid for the apps and drinks and left. We were very kind and a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Of course we will not be going back anytime soon.
