The selection has definitely changed. An not for the better.No more All you can eat steak.No pepper steak...In fact the amount of "beef" items on the bar was lacking. Still a decent amount of other chicken, sea food ect. Food is always hot, "fresh", maybe a under statement.Kinda was disappointed about the hibach grill being closed down.Maybe in the future it will open back up.Place is a shadow of what it used be, kinda run down not maintain well.
My family and I decided to try this place. I go in to check out the buffet to see if it was satisfactory for us. I was in disbelief. When I walked in the door there was an odor. The front of the store was unappealing. I walked around the buffet and there was nothing the rave about. I couldn’t get past the odor and decided not to eat there. I can’t believe they are even in business.
Absolutely disgusting, unsanitary, and horrible customer service. I have been coming here for over 12 years. I decided to take my son out to eat on Tuesday April 12th, 2022. We were seated and our drink orders taken. We both ordered a root beer. As we begin to eat, we try our drinks. They tasted like straight mold. I politely asked the waitress if I could have another one. She responded with, “is that not root beer?” I said, “if it is, it doesn’t taste right.” She went ahead and got me another one and asked me to try it. It tasted absolutely horrible. I asked if I could get a water instead. She immediately started yelling at me, telling me, “that’s root beer!!! I got you a root beer!!” I simply said, “taste it.” She called her manager over, and of course, started speaking another language clearly talking about me. I told the guy, who’s always there in the front, that it’s not a big deal I just want a water instead. They started arguing with me, in front of my small child, over a GLASS OF WATER. After seeing that reaction, I didn’t feel comfortable eating there so I decided to leave. The manager proceeds to tell me that I have to pay full price for both drinks and the meals that we didn’t even get to eat. As I was leaving I told the waitress she was rude, because she was. Again, she starts screaming through the restaurant and then called me crazy!!! I will never, in my entire life, give this place A DIME of my money ever again.Mind you, I’m a server at a very popular restaurant in north canton and I would NEVER treat a customer like that! Ever!!! Unacceptable. And I want my money back.
We just had the most upsetting and miserable experience at buffet dynasty. We ordered 2 buffet meals for dinner. I went to buffet got soup and 3 pieces of sushi to start with and waited for my fiance to join me at table. He wanted pepper steak and rice both were empty and was told they be right out with refills. 15 minutes later still nothing. So we decided to leave since we were hungry and wanted to eat. The gentleman treated me like a criminal when we tried to leave said I owed him for 2 buffets. Told him we didn't get chance to eat anything...he stood in front of me blocking my way to the exit and said I must pay or he would call cops. I didn't even eat!! We had to pay in order to be able to leave. He was rude and told me I was the one disrespectful!I have never been so angry and can't believe how I was treated...hind sight being what it is I should of let him call the cops on me. I did nothing wrong!We used to frequent this place with friends and family often. NEVER AGAIN! And I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either!Tami Rivera

One of our favorites in the area for Chinese buffet. Good selection on food. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. My only complaint is the message that they broadcast on the overhead speakers on repeat in between the music they play.
The food was good, but when we went during dinner time the food bins were almost all empty. The ice cream scoop was sitting in dirty water and the ice creams were all mixed into the other ice creams. Didn't have a big selection of desserts like most Chinese places.
It wasn't the Worst, but, definitely wasn't the Best. It was Cold, not very Fresh, & not to much of a Selection. The Bathrooms were also VERY Gross!! Not sure if I'll be back.
I get this place through Uber Eats quite often. The food is always hot when it reaches us, tastes great and good portions! I also like that they use larger chunks of chicken in their meals and they are great at following special instructions on our orders!
In mid-December 2021 I didn't feel like cooking dinner and was in the Belden Village area and went to Buffet Dynasty. Hadn't been there in over a year so I thought I go see what they are up to these days. I have to say that it's time to let this old dog die. The booth seat I was in had a hole in it and looked a bit dirty- the hole had been there a while. The restroom didn't have working towel dispenser so I had to tear paper towel off a semi-wet roll- yuk. One piece of silverware I got off the buffet had dried eggdrop soup on it. (I used to work in an asian restaurant nearby so I know what that was.) My drink cup was chipped and worn as was one of the plates I got from the buffet. It was wet too and that's against Ohio food service regulations. And now the food- as with many buffets these days several of the "old favorite" menu items have been removed due to price increases, Covid, and supply issues. OK, but the rest of the food looked as if it had been there for quite a while no matter how many times the workers stirred it up. (And I was there at 6PM.) I heard two other diners say they wouldn't eat anything off the salad bar portion due to fears of spoilage. Service- pretty good. But how come these people can't hire local people that speak english?? My server, I think, just emerged from a shipping container that had been stuck off the west coast for a month- no english and kind of unkempt. I always ask, "Would I go back?" No. From all the above I will say again, "It's time to let this old dog die." Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Katana Buffet.
