So this was my second time visiting/eating here. The first time I was with a large party we were celebrating a birthday. The service was terrible we had one waitress working with all of us, but I enjoyed my meal. It was extremely small for an adult to get full off of so this time I order Xtra sides since they didn't have a bigger fillet mignon. Well this time the food was NOT like I had before. It was so much mashed potatoes. They didn't hardly have asparagus in my meal. Steak was not to my liking also. The food had NO FLAVOR. Asparagus was over cooked and I don't believe they snap the wooden parts from the bottom on all of them becuz it was tough to chew. I will say the lady who took my order and rung me out did a great job. For this to be my second time and it was terrible I'm not coming back no time soon.
Our waiter was very courteous and attentive. Appetizers and Dinner were delicious.
Had Fatherâs Day lunch with my family. The food was great and our waiter, Lopaz, was excellent and made our dining experience memorable.
Very Good food but I have never seen a bartender that wants to close their tap this bad. I have not even finished my first drink and my food before she asked if she can close the tap. I said not yet. Guess when you have your boyfriend or friend by the bar and you pay more attention to that than your customer that is what happens. A few minutes later she came, closed the tap, said “no rush” LOL and did not even bother to take the empty dish. There was an hour left before closing… they should teach customer service a little bit you will think before they put them in front of customers.
Stay away from here...terrible food poisoning. Had the bread, salad, pasta woozie (way overloaded with garlic). Throwing up profusely since about 3 hours after eating here.Service was also subpar. Guess we have to "know someone" as we heard one server tell her friends as she sat them well before us, who had been there 10 min longer waiting for a table. Nice to see they also got bread, drinks, food, all of it much quicker. Guess we need to befriend someone for decent service at this restaurant. Wish we'd have gotten a survey link or something.Used to love this place, 5 years ago. Gone way down hill now. Food isn't even good anymore and makes you sick. Won't be returning.
Pork chops were excellent
Excellent all around.
Three strikes...you're out!!Bravo used to be one of my favorite chain restaurants. My favorite meal has always been the Shrimp Scampi....sauteed shrimp with spaghetti and crusty garlic crostini. Always flavorful and perfection. However, the last THREE times I have ordered this meal, the shrimp tasted boiled with no flavor and the spaghetti is chewy and flavorless. I'm Italian so I know how to make pasta. Its obvious the pasta is being cooked in very starchy water. The first of the three times this happened, I couldn't even eat the pasta it was so bad. But the restaurant was packed so I accepted the fact that possibly they were overwhelmed due to post Covid, lack of staff and everyone starting to go to restaurants again. I gave it another try and ordered it again two weeks later and it was the same. Today, was "National Shrimp Scampi Day" - 50% off Shrimp Scampi. I tried it again, for the third time....however, again it was the same...completely flavorless, chewy pasta, and soggy, oily crustini. I'm done...Bravo I gave you three chances to recover. I'm so disappointed and you've lost my business.
Bravo is usually a nice experience but not so much this time. Service very slow and the food was just average. Too bad!
The food was delicious, we ordered off the regular menu, but the brunch menu was rather limited.
