Bob Evans is always great and my chicken noodle deep dish was amazing but what we were pretty disappointed in was my boyfriend didn’t get many fries with his meal. It’s crazy what we pay for and that’s all we got.
Nice waitress and staff but the food is just ok.
A girl kept dumping candy in her hand and eating it, touching cash register, wiping her nose on the back of her hand, touching customer hand with change
I ordered with free delivery. The food arrived on time and was still hot enough to eat. All was delicious.The delivery person did an excellent job. Thank you
Just went to the Bob Evans in Canton on Michigan Avenue and was not greeted...with 3 ppl on front counter Noone offers to help me or take my order. This is the worst service I've ever gotten from a Bob Evans and it'll be my last if ppl don't want to work they should stay home...companies are suffering because ppl are LAZY AS HELL AND WANT TO GET PAID BUT NOT WORK..
My husband and I were in your restaurant on Sunday morning. We witnessed a customer ask the waitress to “crispy “ up her hash Browns. Before the waitress took them from her, the customer licked her fork, I’m assuming to clean off the egg from it, scoop the hash browns from her plate to another…. Now I ask, with COVID and other bacteria, do you put her hash Browns back on the grill to contaminate others food or throw them out and give her new hash Browns? Other than that, we love ❤️ Bob Evans!
Placed an order around 1030am day before Christmas. Ordered roast beef family pack which included large side dishes and biscuits. Also ordered turkey package which included a bunch of large side dishes and biscuits and a pumpkin pie also came with it. Ordered a large Mac and cheese for additional cost. Instructed to pick up at 6pm. Cost around$140.00. After paying and picking up order we noticed some missing items. Spoke with the manager who was very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed after that.The food was fresh, tender,& delicious.I would definitely do this again and I am a very picky eater! This was more than enough food to feed 8people with meals for the next day. Great job!!! Lesh road Canton Ohio
The food was great, the service was ok. In our waitresses defense she was very busy! I miss the days when there were enough waitresses to cover the amount of people that needed served! But Bob Evans does do an awesome breakfast, so we will return!
Amazing experience! Our food was amazing as always. Our waitress went above and beyond anything I could ask for! She was a fantastic waitress and also made my kids day sooooo very special!
Went on Veterans Day ??. Got French toast and sausage biscuits w/ gravy. French toast was good. The gravy was missing something but can't complain over a free meal. Eather way service was great and food was good overall. Thanks for supporting the Vets and I will be back
