They put all of the meat in one part of the sandwich to make it look like you got a lot of meat but you didn't get near enough! They need to spread the meat all over the bread and make sure they give you enough to cover the bread
One of the best Arby's that I have experienced hands down. I found my experience to be delightful and relaxing atmosphere. I hope that you would decide to frequent this establishment yourself sometime. Have a nice day.
I've always enjoyed this place. Service has been top notch. This location is even where my daughter got her first job and met her husband...Awesome Restaurant
It's okay, fast food, nothing more, nothing less. The food didn't taste bad but, I didn't feel appreciated for spending my money there. I know fast food industry is hard work, but that does not mean you shouldn't be thankful to have a paycheck and for the people that bring their paycheck to help make your paycheck. You know what I mean? Maybe management should remind their workers of this.
Terrible drive thru experience. I ordered a double roast beef sandwich meal with curly fries and a sprite. The lady repeated my order, then asked what size I wanted. I said small. She then repeated the order as a beef n cheddar. No, that was a double roast beef. She apologized and asked again what size. Eventually we moved on to the classic roast beef and cherry turnover that my wife wanted. Having ascertained that that completed my order, she summarized as a classis roast beef meal and a second classic roast beef sandwich. No. The meal was a double roast beef. She apologized and explained that her headset was poor making it hard to understand. I might have had sympathy if it weren't for the fact that she repeated the right meal twice during the ordeal. As I pulled away from the speaker I asked my wife if she wanted to make any bets on what we got. That said, the order was delivered very quickly and it was correct.
Horrible I forgot to get my turnovers at the speaker so after pulling to the window before paying I asked for them and was told no. I've never ever in life been told no foe wanting to order something extra last minute. Nor have I ever told anyone no when I worked in fast food. What a disgrace. I should have pulled off. I won't ever return to this Arby's. Sadly.
Was told they did not have enough roast beef to make 4 sandwiches when they still had 4 hours of operation, doesn't make sense. Then it took 20 mins to get the food which was given to us cold and they only gave us 2 sauces for 4 sandwiches. When questioned they said they where busy. They had me park behind the building and brought my food out from the back door.....felt very unprofessional.
Service was horrible they told us not to come back because we’ve been there to much.. and they said they will not accept meal cards from us.. never going back
