The guy at the counter couldn't hear anything because he had an ear bud and was singing instead of hearing what we were saying. There was a couple and me that had doordash orders and he couldn't understand the names we were saying. I asked him to take it out because he couldn't hear me. I'm not going to yell because he didn't take his ear bud out.
I ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef and cheddar, a medium regular fry and coke, and a 5 piece jalapeno bites. I also asked for some ketchup. My order total was 12.52. When I got back to work I realized that I got some crappy little side salad, a turkey sandwich, and a bag of ketchup. They ripped me off $6 and because I am back at work I am stuck with this crap. I am NOT happy. Next time my money will go elsewhere.
For The 2nd time this week I have gone through arby's and have received old dried up fries there is no doubt in my mind that they have sat on the heater they are not fresh for the amount of money that you are paying for fast food now - fresh Is expected. We will not be returning arby's.
My order wasn't quite right and Lisa Went above and beyond and to make it right!! Very pleased made it right while running the store give that woman a raise!!!!
I just door dashed from this restaurant. Their Greek Gyro's use to be so good. I am very disappointed in the quality of the gyro sent to me tonight. Hardly any sauce, and it just tasted... blah. Have you ever eaten something, and it was disgusting, but you couldn't quite put your finger on exactly what it is that went wrong in making the sandwich? What a waste of money. Never again.
It's a lot better than a hamburger I love their meat and their potatoes very tasty
Very rude and inconsiderate the assistant manager was not pleasant at all I worked for Arby's and I know how much they take pride in their staff and food!!
Staff generally seems to do a poor job of masking, but food and service is always good.
Very good food! Dined in and froze while eating. It was very cold outside, 9° was the real feel, and not much warmer inside eating. People all working were very nice and rang the bell on the way out. Good place to eat. Food was made very good!
Trash....told to pull up so I assumed they were making fresh food but what I got was one hot item and (poppers) along with fries and boneless wings that must have come out of the refrigerator they were so cold. And the size of the boneless wings were ridiculous with two of them smaller than the tip of my pinkie finger I won't be trying those again.
