We followed all the great reviews to A1 Steakhouse. It was very busy for a Sunday night. While we waited for Hibachi we observed the dining area. It was lively with music, lights, Chef's performing and cooking, people laughing and eating. It looked like we were in the right place. Unfortunately, we were seated in a back room that was depressing. Our server Michelle was great. Our Chef came out and it appeared he was in a big hurry. He wasn't very sociable. He didn't do tricks with the eggs, he didn't toss food to catch, he didn't pour/squirt Saki or water. There onion "volcano" was pathetic - 2 rings of onion off to the side of the grill lit and left to fizzle out. He sloppily dumped the sauces into dishes from a metal bucket and was slopping food off the grill. I've never seen such a messy chef. Non of our steaks were cooked correctly, the rice was hard, and the veggies weren't cooked at all, they were inedible. I wouldn't eat the scallops because I didn't feel they were cooked enough. The noodles weren't seasoned correctly. Our bill was $170 for 2 adults and 3 kids. We are and watched the other room enjoy music and lively Chefs. Our son's birthday want recognized as asked. There are too many options to waste your money here.

Absolutely love this place. Can get super busy. Especially Friday/Saturday night. But the wait is worth it. Sushi is top notch. Quality for sure. A1 sushi roll is delicious. I really enjoyed the Seafood Yaki Udon. We sat at the sushi bar tonight. The sushi chefs were so nice. They gifted us a 8pc Sunset Special sushi. First time trying that. It was fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants to go enjoy good sushi and hibachi.
I love this place we sat by the chef and he threw food at you to catchIn your mouth lol fun. We watched our food prepared . It was so good bathrooms handicap parking. Lovely staff food and a movie it was great. The kids love watching the cooks tricks. Good place.
Food and cook were soooo good. Service was a little slow, which is understandable due to short staff. However, it took 15 minutes to even get our drinks. But it was overall a great experience!

Always a favorite for entertainment and food for our son and daughter's birthday.I have been to a couple other Japanese steakhouses this is definitely our family's favorite.
I celebrated my Birthday here! I’m very happy and felt special they gave me ice cream with candle to blow make my dine in very special and personal. I also love the food and the appetizer. They have good selection of Sake ??. I highly recommend this place and it’s my 3 times already been here I will be back soon.
