The food and the service is very well worth the cost! I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection, the appetizers are delicious and the salads are fantastic! Drinks are made right although the bartenders could make more money if they treated their job like a job and tended to their customers a bit quicker. Suggestion: reserve and sit at a table, not the bar.
This restaurant is located in a strip mall in Canton. The atmosphere is quite nice, the service was stellar. Being a ‘foodie,’ I don’t usually order pasta dishes when I dine out, but I decided to try the “drunk shrimp “ dish. My husband had a BBQ chicken pizza and my son had a chicken pasta dish. The food arrived quickly and was very well plated and hot. I felt like my dish could of used some parmigiana to counter balance the acid of the artichoke hearts, but overall, very tasty. The best dish was the pretzel/Brie appetizer - absolutely delicious! The portions are ample. The manager came over and gave us a little history on the restaurant, which made our visit even more enjoyable - thumbs up on him. And for some reason, he comped us a dessert - which put a cherry on top of this experience. Crème brûlée cheese cake: to die for. This is a great restaurant for families, romantic dates or even to impress a client (?). Kind of had an upscale feel, yet down home as well - if that makes any sense. The prices were what I’d expect from a mid to upper level restaurant. The service was really top notch, and I loved the history behind the restaurant and it’s owners. Check it out!
Sticky drink glasses, slow service, menus that are plastic "holders" that are way to large for them, the menu is extremely limited and the waitress wasnt very "with it".But the atmosphere was decent and it's overly kid friendly (apparently) as there where kids running around the place. The steak was okay, the asparagus was cooked okay, but the potatoes where awful.
As we sat down to our table the young couple beside us was being asked by her suitor on his knee to marry him. The waiter too the shot. Great time.I had a wonderful meal consisting of Brussels sprouts and tuna.Great place to eat.
The tomahawk porkchop was great - perfectly grilled and very flavorful. My wife who has Celiac disease however, was not treated very well and there were literally no options for her at the Jackson location. Typically the wait staff and chef at the North Canton location offer to make her veggies in a separate pan and take as many precautions as needed to ensure she doesn't get any cross contamination, but no such service was offered. In fact, the waitress said the only thing my wife could have was risotto, which should have been gluten free, but ended up getting her sick last night. This used to be a safe place for her to go, but if you have a gluten allergy, I don't think its worth the risk.
I loved the food but was shocked at the price. Definitely one of the more expensive meals up in Canton. Maybe we had too much alcohol too but the food was definitely good. I will go back again and make sure I look to see how much I spend on alcohol, lol.
This is our place. We love the food and we love the staff. They are like family to us. We go every single week! We love going on Tuesday night for our favorite Goat Cheese Salad with grilled chicken and their retail wine night!❤️?
This restaurant is very nice, great date night ambiance food is good too. I ordered the panko walleye..I wasn't expecting it to be cut in strips. My second visit. The cocktails are awesome here!!
Atmosphere disappointing because of outdoor stadium noise level not in concert with fine dining pricing point. Open kitchen area much too noisy unless one finds banging pots and pans and yelling cooks their cup of tea; not a place for a quiet dinner usually associated with fine dining. Appetizer special of mushroom and gravy on toast was tasty, if you like gravy for an appetizer. Dinner was overcooked dry halibut prepared with uninspired cracker breading and served with a slice of lemon and clarified butter; certainty not a $42 preparation. Desert was called Peanut Bomb; dry peanut butter cookie served with petite melon ball size scoop of ice cream and a side of chocolate syrup - again too dry.
I had steak...tough, chewy & flavorless...mushrooms & onions with steak were bordering raw...way over priced for what it was. Maybe its a COVID thing. Buffalo shrimp appetizer was tasty. Service was ok though food arrived at table just barely warm enough to be acceptable. My son had blue cheese steak which he enjoyed. I've tried 91 a couple of times & won't be back....a lot of people like them....I feel they are way over rated, though in fairness I will say that they were very busy with high school home coming group at the time of my last visit.
