One of our favorite pizza places in the area. Lots of different specialty pizzas. Really enjoy the Chicago deep dish.

Ordered a small pizza that was supposed to have caramelized crust, not only was there little actual crust, the pizza itself was under cooked. We also ordered a sub the bread was so soggy it was mush under my fingers and the fries that came with it were cold and limp. This is the second time we have given gapc a try and to say I'm disappointed is a understatement .

Upon arriving I was worried i wouldnt be able to get my car out of spot. The parking lot and path inside was dangerously loaded with ice. Then when I got inside, no floor mats just the wet floor.. guess they are looking for a lawsuit cuz it was definitely needing attended to and it wasn't.

Can’t say enough about how delicious their food is. We get wings at least once a month. Tried the Bismarck pizza……YUM!!!! Their pizza is just as good cold the next day. Thank you GAPC for the great food and service!!

Best Chicago deep dish you're gonna get anywhere around. Next to Il Rione, gotta be the best pizza I've had in OH.

Very good flavor with what I ordered. But wanted pasta and they were out, that was the reason for only 4 star.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! We've been ordering from GAP for several years now and have forgiven order errors in the past, but today absolutely ended it!! We did not receive part of our meal. When we called, I was told I needed to pick it up, then I was told they'd deliver it "when they could" (which was in no way acceptable seeing that dinner SHOULD be eaten together not in pieces and parts, then, when I asked to speak to the manager, who, after pulling teeth, gave up the name of Gerald, I was yelled at and argued with in regards to their error. I was told it was the fault of the delivery service, not them. When I asked who packaged the meal, I was shocked to learn it was a GAP employee not the Uber driver. He was extremely rude and told me he did not have to listen to me and that I needed to listen to him. Needless to say, he was not pleased when I stated his customer service skills were lacking skill. We have, in the past, received pizza with wrong toppings. Ordered fish dinners and got chicken instead. Received pizza that was charred black on the bottom. The main thing that made a difference was the customer service on the other end. It's apparent that GAP no longer values their customers. Actions speak louder than words. We will no longer spend our money at a business that does not value its customers. I'm fairly certain the management will dispute my review, which will only prove my point. I hope they use this review to train their employees on how to provide customers service. Especially Gerold. IF that's his name.

Stopped in today to order some pizza and was greeted immediately by staff. First time here so I asked for some recommendations and was told the boise pizza was delicious. Boy was he right! The pizza was amazing and cooked to perfection! Definitely will be getting pizza from here again! Highly highly recommend this place!!!
