Placed an order for pickup. Hot sandwiches were cold, none were toasted except the steak and cheese which wasn't even wrapped. It was stuffed into a brown bag where all the toppings fell off. Ordered a meatball with pepperoni, spinach and extra cheese. Got salami and black olives. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese on flatbread, got it on a hard footlong loaf of bread. Will not go to this location again.
Both employees were super friendly and conversational. Great service!

The staff there is always rude and makes you feel like an inconvenience. Every time I go there, they are out of just about everything that I want. Never going back.

got there 30 minutes before closing. after waiting ~25 minutes the employee said "do you REALLY want 3 subs?" ended up only getting one... even though there were clearly three of us. saw him turn away 2 other customers because he didn't have time. probably saw him make like 5 sandwiches while we there. way too slow... shouldn't be turning away customers before closing or telling us we can't all order after waiting for that long. wasn't even after closing time when we were finally served.
I went in and asked if this is the entire order for said name on order. Yes Sir says the employee. Found that I had to drive all the way back to pick up the rest of my order. Meanwhile, my sandwich at home has become soggy and i just threw it away; who wants a soggy sandwich. Won't be going there again. comment from employee : I'm Sorry (insert trying to be cute) "hehe*. "Customer service bad and slow service!!!"
