Service was incredible, my son loved his shake. But......I don't know. The burgers didn't ring our bells. It could have been an off day. I'd heard really good things about them, and we will try them one more time, just to see. Off days sometimes happen. Hoping we just caught them on one of those, and next time it'll be as awesome as I've heard.
Where to start. There are no employees, so once your blocked in the drive thru...your pretty much in for the long haul. One of the workers knew a customer, so they took it upon themselves to chit- chat and prolong everyone waiting in their vehicles for their orders ( she even took down a sign for the emoloyee- don't try to figure it out). I received my shake with a hole in the cup. Yep, it was all over me. Garlic cheeseburger was average. My son's lunch was okay- he enjoyed the cotton candy shake, and his cheeseburger was not made how he wanted it (just lettuce and cheese, nothing else, but this must be too hard to accomplish). It's better if they just close down until they can open the dining room and staff the kitchen/cook/prep area. I wouldn't recommend going there. My story was matched by another individual, who lives in the area. Yes, it was not positive.
Service was a little slow but they were understaffed just like everybody else. Food quality was good.
Was very pleasantly surprised to receive compostable paper straws with our milkshakes last weekend! They worked well and went straight into our compost when we were finished with our meal. Hoping to see more moves toward less waste both at Steak 'n' Shake and other restaurants in our area.
It was good it was my first time and i wasnt really hungry but would try it again

Do not waste your time at this location I have been out here four times on GrubHub orders all four times they do not answer their phones nor do they answer at the menu window not even if there's orders pending or to tell you that something is wrong very rude an inconsiderate management
Underwhelming. I had such a great experience at another location but this one was not the case. The food came lukewarm at best and the portion size was decent. The server was very nice as well as the rest of the wait staff we interacted with. I'd go back for a bike-night or something but probably not otherwise.
I’ve tried to order 3 different times within the past 3 months. The first time I was stopped in the parking lot and told “they are closed due to computer issues” then I called to ask if I should place a bigger order over the phone or if the drive thru would be okay (diner room is close) and was told “we cannot take big orders” however, I was never asked what I was actually ordering. Now today I went through the drive thru and was told they are closed because the gentleman is by himself and it could be an hour or 2 before they open again. I give up, I’ve tried to support this business of 3 separate occasions.
