Normally I don't have an issue with this location, But service was god awful, I called in the first Time and it rang and rang and rang finally got someone and then Immediately got hung up on, called back phone just kept ringing finally got someone, Placed an order for a cheese Pizza and Breadsticks for pick up at a later time, I get there a few mins early, my order didn't go through, so then i waited no big deal, well while waiting in the lobby phone is ringing and good portion of the staff had in ear buds or head phones on, one was playing on his phone, I finally get my order and I get home open up the box and cut of the pizza was terrible, i mean the worst cut of a pizza I ever seen, then on my cheese pizza, there was no sauce, Just Straight cheese lol, never had issues there but it was terrible.
Called at 7:45 for delivery. They quoted us 20-30 min, which I expected it would be longer due to the snow. An hour and 15 min later, I try calling to check-in on the order and they closed. No courtesy whatsoever to call and let me know that they had to close and weren't able to make it after charging my card. Unacceptable!

This is always my go to pizza place I’ve had others but papa Johns has always been my go to. I love the service I receive at this store.
Our order was incorrect. We ordered through Uber Eats and upon delivery, the sticker printed at the store and the pizza in the box did not match, everything else was fine. When I called in to the store to get our order corrected, a female employee in the background screamed "that's not my f***ing problem!" when the person that answered tried to ask about it. Then I was hung up on. We contacted Uber Eats and were immediately refunded. This store's employee screaming profanities at customers is a problem.
Normally papa John's does OK, But of course in Brunswick that can't be the case. Add a quarter to midnight I called and ordered a pizza ( because nothing else in this town was open), They took my order, They took my money, And then decided not to make the order. And I do understand it was a quarter of an hour until they closed for the night, But if you're done serving food at 11 or 1130 then that is when you actually close to the public. They managed to charge my cardWithin just a few minutes of the order and yeand yet when I called this morning to get a refund or to get my pizza somehow they are not able to do a refund for at least 10 days, It is a miracle that they were able to get my payments so quickly but my refund will not be here until over a week. If they had apologized in any way I would not be posting this. My only advice is if you are going to order make sure you do it an hour before they actually say when they close otherwise your chances of getting a pizza go downhill greatly, And honestly let's face it it's not great it's just OK pizza.
Do not recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time and money.Eat some thing else rather!
Ordered a pepperoni pizza got cheese didn't even bother to offer to deliver a new pizza, would give you no stars but can't!! Try better customer service next time

Don't order too CLOSE 2 CLOSING TIME!!!Employees don't wanna work!!!When ppl order food sunday night it's usually bc hungry!!You EXPECT that if pay $$ to get your order!! Well at least I do!! The app alerted food had been delivered, I look outside NOTHING! I looked liked suspicious as I crept past EVERY HOUSE down my street making sure it wasnt accidentally dropped off 2 another home!!I tried calling PJ but they were closed NO ANSWER!! The money was taken from my acct. as if all went well!! This sorta happened back in 2016ish same papa John's that is why we stopped for a long time from ordering from them!!!Btw my screenshot will show doordash but that's just on app we had NORMAL DELIVERY from papa John's
