0/5 if I could. Communication is not this establishments strong suit. Parked in a plaza lot, to come out to a sign and paper on our car to say “mr hero parking” when they were not open or no signage when we arrived. The worker came out and yelled at us that we were the problem because we didn’t read the signs ON THEIR BUILDING not the parking spaces… was soooo rude soooo out of line. I would choose a different place with better management and customer service.
This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.
Worst sandwich I ever had .burnt bread overcooked meat was horrible

This is by far the best Mr. Hero we have been to - not only are the staff very friendly, but the kitchen is just SPOTLESS and extremely clean. The food is always fresh, less greasy, and always tastes better than any other Hero location.We live in Florida now, but every year we come to visit family in Strongsville and make it a point to come and eat here as many times before we have to go back home. Keep up the exemplary work!

Just wanna say I go here all the time the food is always excellent,and to add to this the people here the whole family are amazing people and very great to deal with all around a great experience here.if I were you I'd definitely give this spot a chance on top of great food,great people what more could you ask for thank you for all you do
