By far, best customer service and received from a McDonald's. This location is the NICEST we have ever been to.
Even though I only went through the drive thru, I do have to comment on the burgers. I got the Big Mac and it was never that big, but now it's even smaller. One thing though, the taste has improved.
Omg can we get a minus 10. This place was terrible. 20 minutes in line and messed up our order. Do no go! Do not go here.
How can you improve? Better staff training on how to provide better service should be provided. Perhaps not yelling at your customers when an order is wrong and teaching staff to take responsibility for that mistake would be a good start, also better communication is needed among team members to prevent such order mistakes. Also a manager should follow up with your customers when this happens so service can be improved, and customers retained when things like this occur.
Breakfast was done to perfection. It had been two years since my last bagel due to covid outbreak. Just how I remembered it.
Worst McDonald’s ever. We don’t like confrontation and don’t like complaining but This is the third time this has happened to us and the manager never apologizes. We always get my son a frozen coke and the lady handed it to us through the window leaking everywhere and my husband told her it was dripping before he took it, and she told us to just wipe it off And that she couldn’t get us another one. As my husband brought it through the window it then proceeded to leak everywhere, steering wheel, husbands cell phone, his pants and it put a nice big stain on our seat. The lady saw what was happening and she quickly closed the window and walked away. We waited for 5 minutes and then We asked to speak to a manager and the only thing she asked is if we needed more napkins, no apology or anything. Seriously?
It's McDonald's so most are familiar with the food. In general the staff are courteous and orders are correct. Waits can be pretty long, which seems to speak well of it.
Come on, it's McDonalds....you know what you're getting. The service here was okay....friendly workers, but somehow they were out of order with the drive thru orders....and it was just a single lane
I have been to many McDonald’s and various fast food restaurants across the United States and this Brunswick McDonald’s is one of the best ever. I have been here many times and they are always efficient, professional, super friendly, and accurate. Kudos to the management and staff for running this particular restaurant so well.
Just came home and opened my order.I ordered 1 fish,1 big Mac,a 10 count of mcnuggets and 2 small fries.inside my bag was not 1 fish,1 big mac or 2 small fries instead there was 4 that's right 4 10 count mcnuggets with 20 bbq containers..Of course I tried calling and no one answered.left a message for supervisor.lets c if anyone returns my call since I left my #.
