Bad drivethru service and after I went inside they couldn’t let me know apparently you’re required to fill your own cup after waiting for sometime. The rude young guy in a different uniform following me informing him about all the issues with service said basically that I’m an idiot waiting for my drinks. They should at least not expect everyone to know that they are now too good to fill your drinks. How about say, grab a cup or at least hand me a cup because it shouldn’t be a big mystery how your restaurant is ran. How about do your job at least 50% and hand me a cup. What’s really a wake up call is all the people online that talk about how they’re always cooking raw food and how they could never get any of that orders right and I’m sure that’s a very small percentage of the people that have a problem at that location it’s pretty clear that people there are extremely rude incompetent and don’t offer any kind of help and make you look like your the problem. Bad bad store from the drive thru to inside. Nasty gross dirty place as well. A few years ago a worker was ran over due to this places lack of intelligent management. Sick a… place to eat at.
To whomever was closing grill this evening (April 8,2022). I ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in a couple weeks. I have to say I was surprised to find myself not just filling my stomach with something to ease my hunger but rather actually enjoying the burger I ate. It was delicious and the presentation was synonymous to its picture. Thank you.
The young, dark-curly haired, Michael Jackson-looking lady in the drive-thru called me and my friend a “jackass” and took several minutes to give us our food; she initially refused to, at first. Service was also pretty slow, as well. They even forgot to put bacon on the sandwiches. Smh ??♂️ and these kids want $15 and hour..
They forget an item everytime worst McDonald’s around. Need to go back to 8$ minimum wage
This is my quarter pounder.....we're the meat? Looks like a kids burger meat and my fries were cold and under cook. Medina McDonald's food has went way down.
Lately my orders are always off. They forget to give sauce for the nuggets, the fries are missing, cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. Today I paid $3.69 for a oreo mcflurry that was barely half full. The price is outrageous as it is. You can at least fill the small cup up. And the customer service, like most places these days, is garbage. If I have to drive 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back home because my order was wrong a "sorry" doesn't cut it. I pay for my order and like anyone else, my time is worth something. Do better.
Do not work for this Brunswick McDonald's, I worked hard, and quit because of the management (very bad and don't know how to manage). When I quit I never got my last pay 26 hours they cheaped me out of. When I went back in the Manager told me to get out and I am not alound me back in the McDonald's because I quit?
Not typically a review guy, but this is my third visit in a row where I’ve gotten less than a small fry in both my medium and large orders and the fries are unsalted and cold.Management there is great, but not particularly pleased with any of my orders in the past few months.
Can't even get a Mcchicken and a small fry order correct. They want 15.00 an hour hahaha!!! Worthless...
Slow service. Only one employee wearing a mask, but that one employee was also wearing his mask incorrectly. Waited 25 minutes for take out, the entire time hearing the manager yell and belittle the young employees. Will not visit again. Horribly disappointing, even for McDonald's.
