Food is great. The employees are great. While there today, a Karen arrived, upset the website she ordered didn’t work. Something about door dash on a delay. Well we all know the people behind the counter have nothing to do with the internets while they are working. Unfortunately for our guys behind the counter, Karen didn’t know that. She was ranting and frothing at the mouth wanting a refund and demanding the manager that wasn’t in the building at that point. The guy handling that whole situation like a pro. Karen was condescending, irate, and wholly unpleasant. The guys there were nice, understanding and totally professional.
Need to turn the radio down so the person working can hear your order and get a new credit card machine that works .it was nothing but a pain in the you know what

Jersey Mike's is a lot better than those other sub shops. The meat is sliced when you order, not prepackaged unknown meat.

Freshly cut cold cuts to put on your sub. Very good subs. One of the best.
Sandwich was tasty. They were very busy so it took a little while to order. Once we were able to order the service was fast and efficient. We chose to eat in which was a mistake, it was very cold in the store front. Probably should have chosen to eat in the car where it would have been warmer.
Delicious! I hate eating out but seriously love a Jersey Mike's cheese steak every now and then.
