Hands down best pizza crust I’ve ever had. I tried every East of Chicago in Medina county. I know they all are supposed to have the same recipes. But definitely crust and sauce are just different won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for an great pizza and service in general was great to.
Ordered for the first time in years. Pizza was messed up. Called to receive free small that had been included in the 30 dollar order that my son couldn't eat. Gave them the information with managers name, which the credit was supposed to be under our phone number. They insisted on telling me I hadn't ordered from them in years and could not honor it. Said it would not help to call that manager when he is in, because there is no record of it. Here is my email from that order. I will say, that in a day where people don't apologize for their mistakes when you call a place up anymore out of INCONVENIENCE, the manager apologized very politely when it happened. Too bad they didn't honor it.
I ordered loaded nachos as an appetizer. It looked more like a taco salad. I had to dig through to find a chip. The cheese & sour cream were bottle squirted instead of a creamy sauce. The pizza looked good until you took a bite - all the cheese fell off & we were left with a sauce pizza. To top it off, we were over charged by $5. I told my boyfriend when he picked it up, to make sure they charged it correctly because they usually overcharge me, which of course they did.I understand they might be short staffed but I have given them 5+ DIFFERENT chances to get it right.
We asked for them to cut the pizza into the Wu-Tang W and boy did they deliver, best pizza place around!!!
Horrible service mess up order no refund to make 1 pizza wait another hr try to talk with manager nobody came on phone for 10mins then just hang up just horrible service
