All Dunkin Donuts are consistently great. The coffee is wonderful and they have a huge variety of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. You can go through the drive through or dine in.
I go here most days close to work. Wish more people would use the app to order ahead of time. Makes the line faster.
Had problems in the past with the attitude from the ladies there and let it go...but I get a bagel it's burnt and the bagel bites are always burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. And they didn't give me the right donuts made my kids cry because there under 4 and expected a certain donut.
Service here is horrible most of the time. The girls are rude and so unprofessional. Decaf coffee usually isn't fresh, so disappointing and a waste of my money. Food is usually okay. The girls working there rather chit chat in the back than wait on customer. I usually wait 10 to 20 minutes before I can get my order. I rather go through drive through but many times order is wrong so I rather go in when I can. Lately I go out of my way to go to the Medina Dunkin Donuts instead when I can.
Our coffee drinks were terrible! They don't know how to make the specialty drinks. No flavor except burnt day old coffee.
Went thru the drive thru this very morning, asked for 2 small ICED vanilla coffees 2 cream 2 sugar....10 donut holes 5 chocolate, 5 blueberry. The girl who took the order was rude, did not repeat my order back to me, did not give me a total before I got to the window. Once I got to the window, she jerked my debit card out of my hand, went to hand me 2 small HOT coffee, (wrong) I said I ordered Iced, she got an attitude, made 2 iced coffees very aggressively. Basically shoved them into my hands out the window. Once I arrived to work the donut holes were wrong. not the flavors I asked for at all. This place has gone down hill so badly. I get terrible service all the time. But this was the worst of all. Terrible customer service, poor manners, bad attitude. No wonder everyone goes to starbucks, their employees are friendly, they repeat your order to you to make sure its correct. Brunswick Dunkin needs better staff. If you were wearing a name tag I would be calling you out personally.
I placed a walk in order ahead of time since it had some extra food ($20 order) just to not put strain on drive thru being a former drive thru worker myself. I arrived 15 minutes after placing order, still not ready which was fine. I waited 10 more minutes not saying a word when a worker slammed my order infront of me getting coffee everywhere and walked away. I said thank you and they just scoffed and walked away. I dont mind waiting as its lunch rush before a browns game during a pandemic but do not slam my food and drink and scoff when Ive been patiently waiting and not complaining. Do not do pick up from this location.
I love Dunkin coffee especially Pumpkin Swirl season. However, the people who work here now don't know that they should stir my coffee so it's not sitting on the bottom. What a waste of money when my mouth is expecting to enjoy pumpkin and I taste NOTHING.
great staff and food, just wish it were easier to get in and out of! They need a much bigger place/parking lot for as popular as they are!
