Called to complain to corporate who offered me free food, not what I wanted. The manager, Tessa, put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me when I asked for my order status.
Still rating a 4, but it is slipping... prices are good, specials are excellent. I think they switched vendors on something though, possibly the pepperoni. Something tastes spoiled which makes it very hard to enjoy the pizza. Hopefully this will change

Web site is not intuitive. Need to use coupons BEFORE you order. Coupons are ONLY good online. Staff have no idea how to make a customer happy. Expensive, Blah pizza.
Food is always good, when it's right. I always do pick up and should have checked my order before heading home. Paid for 32 parm bites, only got 16.
Petty liars and scammers here. Drivers don't carry more than $20 to break a $50 on a Tuesday night, after you tell them all you have is a $50. ? Yeah... ok. Liars.... out to scam you for a measly $5! Driver would only give me $20 in change. Oops.Hey, if you like ordering pizza from petty liars and scammers though (that'd rather lose HUNDREDS of dollars in future business instead of valuing loyal, honest, repeat customers) then, by all means... order here!!! Hopefully they lose thousands and THOUSANDS of dollars, after EVERYONE in Brunswick reads and forwards this review to everybody they know! It is pretty good.
Good food but terrible customer service. I get there, tell them my name, and they say it is just coming out of the oven. I had to wait 15 minutes after that before someone told me it was ready. I'm pretty sure it was just sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes and no one bothered to say anything
The staff was super helpful when I had an issue with order! Pizza is good.
