This place is a joke. Half of our order wasn't in the bag, there was half portions in all of the meals, in one of the meals there was no rice when there was supposed to be. In the chicken bowl we received there was only ONE piece of chicken at the bottom of the bowl. After finally getting a real person after dealing with a robot they said that they dont remake any orders and that we'd have to call into the complaint line if we wanted to get anywhere with them. From the looks of the other comments from other very disappointed customers it looks like we wont even be getting the money back. Will not be ordering here again anytime soon. And on top of everything the lady on the phone was highly rude
Didn't get rice in my burrito bowl, so I figured they'd accommodate with everything else they didn't. .. ..the tomato salsa was super watery, made the bottom of my bowl soggy. Asked for extra sour cream and cheese. I got 3 times more sour cream than cheese. ..so much sour cream that It down played everything else in the bowl, it all tasted like sour cream. ..not the first time this has happened. Not mad just disappointed, wanted to eat healthy and I feel like it wasn't worth it, especially not for what their charging, u kno. ..?
The guy who made my burrito today must have decided at some point that the juices they usually shake out of the salsas are actually better inside the burrito. Not one shake. I watched him do it twice before I could say anything and then I looked at him and I asked him if he could let a little bit of that juice drain off of my burrito and he's stared at me without saying a word as if he didn't speak English or he was a robot who could only answer questions based on keywords like a telephone automated line. I asked again and he may have blinked but there was absolutely no expression or response. I know it sounds funny but I was more annoyed than entertained. Thankfully some nice young lady walked over and showed him that he can just pick up the shell just a little bit and the juice will actually run downhill! Hopefully he learned something today.
Absolutely ridiculous customer support ever since they started delivery. If I order a pizza and the pizza place botches my order, I can call them and get a new one delivered.Not so with Chipotle. They're so intent on having me speak to a bot, it's obscene. Best they can seem to do is give a free meal, which at first glance sounds great. But then you realize if you want delivery there is a $10 minimum.That's right, if I want my replacement meal, because they delivered something that I WILL NOT EAT because of a mistake THEY MADE, I now need to spend roughly 12 more dollars (minimum plus delivery). Granted I can also drive up there, but that's not quite making this right.Now I have to take extra time out of my day and use gas because chipotle made a mistake? Nope, just gonna refund my money and go hungry. Except for the about 2.50 doordash gets. Thanks guys!You guys ruined my lunch, and now unless I take time off work to go somewhere I get to starve. Fantastic!
Food is good. Most of the employees are superb. Waits can be really long though, and prices are going up lately. This location seems to have issues with things breaking, like their cash register. Seems like corporate needs to take better care of it.
This place is better than many other locations I have been to. Food is always good and there usually fully stocked
The absolute worst chipotle. They always mess up the orders. Never willing to fix it or give money back. The phone number doesn't even connect to a person. I've gotten food poisoning every single time I've gone here.
The kid at the register around 7:50 pm on March 16, push down the trash with his bare hands and went straight back to the register and pack up people’s food into the bag without washing his hands. Discussing ??

Terrible service. Terrible food. I got sick at this location more times than i could count. When you walk into the door you just hope they don’t mess up more than one thing. Neighboring locations are far superior.
