Chikfila is one of my all time favorite food places. I love them since they care so much about the customer. I even love the customer service I get from this location. However, out of the hundreds of times ive gone to different Chikfila's, this is the only one that has gotten my order wrong 3 times! Very disappointing..
This place is great every time. Whether I order it curbside, in the Drive-Thru or delivery everyone is always on point. The staff is always helpful, friendly and have a smile on their face. Order accuracy is Best of the Best. Food is always hot and fresh. They aren't stingy with sauces. I highly recommend their Cobb salad, but pretty much anything you get will be good.Another big suggestion if you're ordering delivery. Every time that I order a milkshake, it seems that the actual Chick-fil-A employees drive the Chick-fil-A van to drop it off instead of using a third party delivery service. I suppose this is probably because the third party services typically take three or four deliveries at a time and sometimes you may be completely melted. They go above and beyond every time for the customer. By far the best fast food option out there.
As always, excellent food and service! We are very happy we now have this restaurant closer to home! Great values on their meals as well.
I did not go here never will. Nothing personal. Just an arbitrary decision on my part. I am sure the food is just a wonderful as everyone says and i respect the values of of the company.
Making record profit and cutting corners does not make sense. Default cheese on deluxe sandwich should remain pepper jack. American isn’t even cheese and is cheap garbage that earned your located one star
I get there is a shortage of help, I don’t mind waiting at all. This locations seems to have to many people trying to be in charge. This is also the ONLY location I have ever had items missing from my order. (This is my third time) I tried calling and naturally they didn’t answer. I have an entire meal they did t put in the bag. My order was $47.76. How can they miss an entire meal?
Fast service. Good tasting food. Just what you would expect from chick-fil-a. One of the more expensive locations though so be prepared to breakout those pocketbooks.
the chicken is really good. spicy chicken sandwich goes hard af. however, every single time i come here there’s this one girl who’s working who is just so rude. doesn’t greet me, just “can i have a name” in a really rude tone. honestly she makes me avoid coming here.
Had a grilled chk sand, Fairly decent flavor. Coke I had was good and flavorful, not flat. Drive thru went quick not backed up. Staff was decent. First time to this store but better than my first experience in strongsville, will visit again.
