The manager Amy really keeps her staff “customer focused”. They are pleasant and quick to get the orders out.

Never ever want to come here again. Me and my family went here to grab a small bite and me and my cousin ordered a sprite when we got it I tasted it and it was literally just the carbonated water with no flavor. Meaning it need to be refilled up. We go back after the rest of us tasted it as well and all agreed we go to the speaker and the lady answering didn't have a clue what we were talking about and and only said it is what it tasted like there. Yeah no it isn't. I know what sprite and Sierra mist taste like this was neither of of those. Will never go to this specific burger ever again.Lady at the speaker also pretty much interrupted my grandmother when ordering.

Very rude, keep rushing my order then when I went to order cut me off half way and refused to take more. Then instead of asking me to pull forward or come inside they told me I was slowing down their lines. Manager came over and said he was calling the police, and I was like just give me my food. Really bad service, has happened to my wife many times here, so she asked me to go for her. She feels the lady in the drive through was hitting on her...she felt unsafe. There's a toco bell next door and a kfc, across the street is McDonald's. They may not have to whopper, but they are polite. This shop was closed for 6 months for remolding, and their crew is terrible. Place will be go out of business with a crew and manager like that.

The food was fresh and hot but super salty and the customer service was absolutely awful. The order taker was rude and kept rushing me, although we were literally the only ones in the drive thru line, and they never told us they added sugar to our coffee and gave us 4 coffee creamers for 2 cups of coffee, despite ordering extra. When we went back to the window to get more, it was a different person than who gave us our food and she was equally nasty and short. Restaurant looks new but I can't recommend going here unless you want a side of rude with your order.

Don't go here if you just want a cup of ice. Every other burger King won't charge you but this one will try to charge you 4 dollars for a cup of ice when next door a bag of ice is 2 dollars. I suggest bringing your business to the taco bell next to it. Even if burger King management does not care for their customers at least taco bell does.

This was the nicest Burger King I've been to in over a decade. I just stopped for a bathroom break on my trip home. The bathroom was so clean and updated like the restaurant.

If I could give this Burger King a zero, I would. I ordered as I usually would, and I get my food only to have missing items. I check my bag and noticed I was missing a fry. How do you mistake two fries for one? Doesn't even sound the same, and I say I ordered two and she says I only charged you for one. I have no problem paying for what I ordered. Then, I pull up so the person behind me can get their food. I look in the bag,, and I am also missing 2 burgers I ordered. I pull around, and the girl says,, "Let me see your bags?" I give them to her and she said you didn't pay for those either. I said I would pay for what I ordered, and then she wanted to argue with me. She said she had to ask me several times to repeat myself. I told her that I wouldn't recommend arguing with me, so she took my food and wouldnt let me have it back. Refunded my money because she heard me talking to the passenger and didn't like what I said. I didn't directly say anything to her. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I'm sure this franchise would appreciate the business lost because of this. I wonder how many other customer won't return because of an employee taking it upon themselvesbto determibe who gets their food and who doesn't. Very sad I won't return to anothe BK after this. I will go to Wendy's and wait in a longer line for now on. I don't even get fast food that often either.

Still one of my favorite Fast Food Chain Resturants!

Attempted to order a meal for my coworkers working in the frigid temperatures 2 hours before close and was greeted with “thank you for stopping at Burger King we are currently out of Whoppers.” This is fine as we mostly planned on ordering chicken. Every item I attempted to order I was then told they were out of. I was then cut off mid-sentence at exactly 8:00PM to be told that they are now closed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business my entire life.

Rude customer service, and didn't give me sauce with my order. Burger King has a bad rep in general but this one just proved that more. Food was alright... Could've been better with my sauce...
