If there is one thing I do not tolerate it is bad customer service, especially when I was polite about it. I was thrown a roast beef sandwich by this Arby’s manager, when I asked to exchange a dry Mac n Cheese that I was served. Her name is Haley in Brunswick, Ohio! Arby's
Went for lunch at this Arby’s 5-31-22 @1:00pm.Was not busy. Out of wraps and milk shakes. Dining area and kitchen areas FILTHY. Our shoes were sticking to The floors, tables and seats had crumbs from previous guests and are sticky. Workers standing around talking or on their phones. Pick up some cleaning supplies and work !
Yay the dining room is open like everyone else's has been for months! Congrats on that guys, I'm sure business will pick up again. Love Arby's. Good food.

Came for sandwich at 8pm and store was closed on a Thursday. No excuse! Won't be back. Why is store closed when working people are on their way home?
Not going to lie, I only go here for fries. I don't eat fast food much but when I have a hankering for fries this is the only place I go to. They are quick and hardly ever have a line in their drove through. It's wonderful.
I have been to this Arby's 6 or 8 times over the last 2 months for lunch and I dont think one time they got my order right.... Food is never fresh and you can tell it sits on a warmer... I have to tell them 3 times about sauces and they still mess it up... I don't understand how it is so hard to take an order... Food prices and labor go up and the food and service get worse.... If you do go to this Arby's make sure you do not leave the window until you have checked everything!! Today I ordered a beef and chedder..They forgot the cheddar... I asked for honey mustard and Buffalo sauce I got 2 Buffalo sauces... I asked for Arby's and horsey sauce I got only Arby's.... Glad I had to buy lunch twice today...
Its the worst food in brunswick I spend 30 dollars the past two times and the fresh r always cold the food was just nasty tasted old in done going here for good
Cold, old, stale curly fries.Dry crumbling bun doesn't even rate one star except for pleasant widow cashier.
