Really fast and easy curbside pickup after ordering online. Friendly runner got our food to the car almost as soon as we pulled in. Food was good too.
Good drinks,food and service. Portions became a bit smallerBut why cant they turn on the heat???Shouldn't have to wear your winter coat to eat!
Definitely not a good place to get steak. The ribeye they show in the picture is nothing compared to the flavorless room temperature steak that you get. And same goes for the recommended cocktails. Yet they charge the same prices of other quality resturants like outback or longhorn. Just a rip off. Oh and the wait staff just runs around and you have to try and catch them like a chicken as they pass you by.
Came here after a company basketball game at 9:30pm. They informed us that they closed at midnight. We had a party of 12, and they told us it would be a 20 minute wait. They appeared to not want to seat us from the beginning, even with an empty restaurant. The bartender was nice enough to give us bar drinks, and when we asked a waitress how much longer it would be she said she didn’t know. My mother said ok, I was asking because it’s been 20 minutes, and she responded “we have a clock”. They had one server one bartender and one cook, 2 and a half hours before they closed and made us feel wrong for coming in. Someone needs to fix the staffing issues and speak with the server with the short purple hair about being rude to guests.
The hostess literally told us it was at least a 20 min wait because the kitchen was backed up, yet only 5 or 6 tables had people at them. The. Proceeded to laugh when my wife asked if we could just sit at a table, because we had our kids with us.
The service was very slow. They didn't seem to have alot of people on staff. But the food was good.
Went here to enjoy a nice with my husband. We got there the hostess sat at the table by door. When we sat down neither of us could breathe because the "booth" area is way to small. Not comfortable to enjoy our meal. So I asked the " hostess" that we would like to be moved to a different table. And on two different occasion she said a flat out no. And this is when she was seating people who came in after us. Just ruined my and husband night. ? I would give this a minus start but there is no way.to do that.
I will drive far away to go the next cities applebees. This one is rough. We were seated in a booth near the bar. The bar tender was our waitress. She was rude. We expressed several times we were annoyed with the lack of service they didn't care. Three waitresses sat near the front door chatting the whole time. Got our food after sitting for nearly 45 minutes in an empty restaurant. It was cold and extremely dry like it had been sitting long. Waste of money.
The food is good but I ordered food from here through door dash and I ordered a drink well I got my food I just didn't get my drink. And I wasn't to please with that. The drink was even on my receipt. I know mistakes happen but I paid for that drink and I should of gotten it.
I love coming here! The half track of ribs with some boneless wings (garlic parm)... To die for!
