Food was ok. Waited 30 minutes over time in the lobby while watching my food sit on a shlef get cold. Person working the register was more concerned with trivial tasks than addressing the multiple other people in the lobby whose food was also already done and waiting for someone to hand it over. Very frustrating experience considering the slightly more premium cost compared to most pizza places. Will not go back.Edit in response to owner:No one in the lobby could get anyone in that building to give them the time of day. It would have made no sense to wait around another 30-40 min for someone to come speak to anyone in the lobby again. With all due respect instead of trying to repair damages with customers after its done it may be best to correct your policy/scheduling/customer service to prevent the issue before it occurs.
Well, if you've had Antonio's then you know that their food is delicious. They are definitely on my top 10 list of best pizza. Also, the salad with their house dressing is amazing!! I love stopping into this location to pick up my food because they are very friendly here! Stay great!
Good pizza and salad, ordered online was ready when I got there, staff was friendly, been ordering from them for a few years never had a bad experience
I ordered 3 hours in advance by phone only to show up and have no recollection of my order. I want to like this place , Pizza was great! But the staff was having a ruff day getting orders right that day. They did make it right by me, to thier credit. Maybe next time. I'd order again everyone should get another chance.
This location to me is more than a 5, it's a 10 out of 5! My family and I have never had disappointing meal here!Their Salads are fresh and delicious! The chicken Parm is outstanding, they give your very generous portions! They have wonderful Chicken Marsala! The pizza is sinfully amazing!The staff! They are all so polite and helpful!!The BEST pizza we've had is the Brusseta Pizza, OMG! I hope that never goes away! Oh and my personal favorite is their Potato skin pizza, I usually get the small and hoard that for myself!!!
Our pizza was excellent & the wings were pretty good. We had a good experience. Doesn't look like there's much for dining in, a few tables but doesn't look comfortable.
Excellent food, however the service is less than desirable. The last 3 occasions, orders were not correct and/or simply forgotten. It is really unfortunate that the Brunswick location has not focused on service quality. In talking with the manager, he apologized and stated that he will mail me a gift card for my troubles....that was 3 months ago, must have forgot....like their orders.
Not like it used to be when we went after high school sporting events. Not as much mozzarella and pepperoni on the salad. The dressing isn't as good. The pizza was mediocre with not much sauce and tasteless cheese. Tasted like a frozen pizza. And the prices! I got a small salad (with not enough dressing for that big salad two people shared) and a medium 8-piece pizza with three items. That was $35.48. Unreal for something that is processed chain food rather than mom-and-pop pizza shop authentic Italian food.
This place is awful. And the people that work there are rude and have a bad attitude. Their pizza sucks…. Period. The pasta salad was amazing the first time I got it. The time after that it had no cheese or onion in it. This time no chic peas or cheese chunks. They are very inconsistent. They messed up our order last night and sold us antipasto salad instead of the pasta salad we wanted. Charged us more. Then when we went back today to get our pasta salad we mentioned something to the manager and he said oh well you got it today didn’t you? Very arrogant.
I can’t stop going here because Luke Barnette his service alone is worth a raise. He really needs a raise. (If he gets a raise i will be a very happy customer). Luke Barnette is very awesome and cool so giving him a raise will make him cooler. I think hiving Luke Barnette a raise will help me stop thinking about my dead parents.
