Had me waiting for 30 minutes only to tell me they “dropped” the order. Only had a handful of customers. Just admit you didn’t want to take the order and don’t waste people’s time.
Great food and polite staff, but long wait times. Normally 1-2 staff though so don't be a jerk about it and be grateful for 2am chicken when the bars close. Check orders also bc its easy for a mixup with how busy it gets.

Ordered pick up, food was ready when promised. Wings were meaty and bigService at the counter was nice, I was in and out with in minutes.
Easily the best wings in the area. I drive down from Toledo all the time for some mild wings and a tender sandwich
Every time I order delivery from this place they screw up my order. They messed it up once in the evening and then a second time today after offering me a new sandwich as credit. I ordered a grilled sandwich with honey mustard on it. The send me a grilled sandwich with nothing on it. Fine, mistakes happen. The second day I ask for the free sandwich. The guy takes my order for a fried bacon ranch chicken sandwich with honey mustard on it. I get a grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no sauce. C'mon guys.
The tenders are pretty good! The wings are inconsistent - sometimes they are good and sometimes they are stringy and under sauces. But the service is super hit or miss. Some training for interacting with customers for the manager would be a good idea!
So the very first time I went here was about 2-3 years ago when my boyfriend (now husband) introduced me to this place. They had the BEST ribs that I had ever had! We went there a few other times after that, and stopped just before covid hit. We just went there tonight for the first time in a while, and we will NEVER go there again! My husband said that he smelled the old oil they use when we walked in, our chicken was beyond bland, dry and stringy, I ordered honey mustard and it tasted more like creamy coconut with a hint of mustard, the seasoned fried tasted like they had no flavoring and smelled like the old oil they fried it in. I used to recommend this place and I will no longer be doing that. We actually threw about half our food away and went to BG burgers, which was 1,000 times better! I don't know what changed, but it was a super bad change, especially with how great this place used to be. The quality has gone down hill really really fast.
Omgoodness!!! The Texas and Garlic Parm Wings are to DIE for! We haphazardly stumbled upon this gem. The price is worth it ..well worth it. Couldn’t get a picture because we ate it too fast.
Delivered within 20 minutes, wings were large and the sauce was great.
