Food was cold and fries were mushy and very tasteless. Asked for sauce for my nuggets, I was charged but didn't get the sauce I asked for. Pop was flat and obvious that the machine needed some carbonation. Over all after working 8 hour since 3 this morning I was not happy with the quality of food at all. I get checking the bag to make sure everything's there but come on the food was thrown together was just sad.
The most dirty of fast food restaurants I have ever been inside of. I do not understand why it is so filthy while it is almost empty with not a lot happening in here.
We went to the Wendy's in Bowling Green Ohio, and they have helped us regain some of our faith in the Wendy's Restaurant, I had the new chicken sandwiche, and my wife had a cheese burger meal, everything came out hot and the staff was very friendly, I would recommend the Wendy's in BG Ohio, would of gave a 5 star but I will update if the next visit to Wendy's goes as well.
Ordered a Burbon Bacon and instead received a Jr bacon ($5 difference), not to mention the worker running the drive thru was rude af. I waited over 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me, all to get ripped off. I'm extremely disappointed with how much this location has been dropping in quality and service.
Sorry I normally love Wendy's and the location on S. Main is my normal go to location. But this experience is very low. I do understand businesses are short handed and can be very busy. But this time they got my order messed up. I even watched them thru the window and the employee was checking the bags as she loaded them so I didn't think to check them as I left. Well this time they forgot 1 of our burgers and gave us extra fries. I would have returned to fix this, but I don't have the time to sit in the long drive thru line again. And I tried to call, but the line was busy with every attempt.
The food was very good. It was made fresh and everything was perfect. The staff is very polite as well
Food Was good but like everyone else, they need people to work. Service was really slow. People were working as fast as they could but they needed more help.

Always enjoy their large chili with crackers and hot sauce! For fast food it beats a lot of the set down restaurants so call chili thats basically hotdogs sauce!
Had a spicy chicken, the meat was all fat, very disappointed, also got 4 Jr. Bacon cheese burgers, it look as a little kid made them. They also didn't give us any straws... this place is going down hill!! Cost 26$ that was a waste l!
