Wendy's on E.Wooster, BG is terrible. No customer service skills, poor food. Baconator fries were cold, whimpey, tough. Chili was only half full and slopped all over container and bag. No receipt given and cashier had trouble giving change back. One of the poorest Wendys around. Called manager, he had no comment or didn't he say sorry for poor experience.
They got nothing on my order right. Duhhhh... How hard is it.to make a correct burger.
Waited in line for close to 15-20minute at the speaker waiting to order (no body infront of me but 2 cars at the window about 8 behind me the rest drove off.) . Never had a chance to order my.... I get it, might have had a busy minute but organized can cool down and speed many situations up in production even short handed.
Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been too!! I got a chicken sandwich that was so dry You could use it as a hockey puck. So I called it in and was told by the gentlemen who answered to come back through any time and they would replace it for me free of charge. So i came back through today and tried to get my item replaced but the manager working said we don't have your name in the book an continued to give me attitude saying they weren't gonna help me out or take care of me. I told her I have the receipt but she said idc we have no male managers that even work here! I will no longer eat here again! Great customer service Wendy's!!!! ?
I haven't had much experience with self service eateries But this was very mucha contactless service eatery. The restaurant was clean and the dining room was almost empty but the drive thru was extremely busy....especially since it was lunch hour and just across the street from BGSU
Got a bourbon bacon sandwich, the fries were mediocre for Wendy's, but the burger was just kinda tasteless and cold coming straight out of the drive thru.The bourbon sauce was so cold that it actually chilled the inside of the burger, so when I bit into it, I got a lukewarm patty with a frigid sauce. I only seem to get this experience at this particular franchise and nowhere else.
Burger and chicken sandwich bread like warm, so I know it wasn't made fresh, fries weren't salted at all but they were hot and no napkins in the bag?
The slowest Wendy's I’ve ever been through. I dread doing door dash here because the wait time is insanely long. They really need to flip this store. I’m literally writing this in the drive through while waiting 20+ minutes.
Tried to order food, was informed they could not take my order and I had to order at kiosk. I don't know how to work one, and in the time it took to explain they won't take my order, I could have ordered my bowl of chili......just doesn't make sense. So I walked out and went somewhere that could take my order.
20 minutes in the drive through line with only 6 cars ahead of me. They are clearly suffering from employee shortage. Don't be in a hurry at this location.
