As a former Starbucks employee, I would never leave a bad review but this location deserves it. I have gone to get a pink drink everyday for a week and it has not been shaken even once. This morning I asked them to shake it and they said that they did and just came back with it looking the exact same.
By far the worst Starbucks I've been to.Half an hour wait time onDrive-thru,Very very very inconsistent drinks, Received wrong drink on more than one occasion.I am 100% done with this Starbucks!!!! Get it together!
Very busy Starbucks. Ordered in the store and took about 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. The baristas seemed to be stressed.
Got the cookie crumble drank and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Both delectable. Next time serve it topless and you'll get yourself 5 stars. Cheers ?
Terrible service.. Max has bad attitude.. doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Please spend your money at another starbucks
This location is so well put together. They are on top of orders. Today was apparently red cup day and so they were more busy than usual. I just went for a routine SB run. I had to wait a little longer for my drink, but the employees were working nonstop and were all very kind while they were overworked. I didn’t know it was red cup day so I checked with the front counter about my mobile order to make sure it went through (because I wasn’t sure with technology lol). The front was so kind, offered to make my order later if I had to leave or to refund me. I was perfectly willing to wait as I knew how hard they were all working. Everyone at this location deserves a raise. Very impressed with the professionalism, positivity, and swiftness. Keep up the good work.
Usually very quick. They do seem to get rushes once in awhile where you might wait 10-15 minutes. But if you're used to larger city Starbucks locations, 15 minutes is amazing. I've waited 35-45 at some locations AFTER placing a mobile order before driving to the location. Not this one though. No issues here. Just good service.
A friend and I stopped here for a hot chocolate on the way back home. Typical Starbucks menu and offerings. This one was extremely busy this day, for whatever reason. It was a Saturday afternoon. Being from out of town, I am not sure when their busy hours are. The employees I encountered were nice enough. Despite the crowd, we received our order within a reasonable amount of time. The hot chocolate tasted good.
Delicious coffee! My favorite order is their trenta iced coffee and a seasonal muffin. Don’t let anyone tell you that their largest iced coffee size is the venti. It’s the trenta! They stay pretty busy here but do their best to get your order out quickly and accurately. The store is small inside with limited seating. I prefer to order coffee to go at this location.
