This particular Starbucks was understaffed, yet the employee was kind and efficient, even when slammed with customers.
They never have anything I want they are always out of mocha and raspberry.

The staff was very nice. But they are out of so many things and are severely understaffed. I waited for about 20 minutes in the long line and the drink was very disppointing. I feel bad for the staff though because it seems they are overworked.

Every time I go there at ten they have been closed even when it says there open I really enjoy their drinks so now I have to drive across town by the university.
