I understand that this is ran almost completely by college students, but they’re always so extremely rude and give off the worst freakin attitudes. Doesn’t matter how nice you are to them, they also never listen to what you say and if they mess up it’s always “you need to clarify” even if you did. I’ve experienced and have seen several instances about this.

A friend and I stopped here for a hot chocolate on the way back home. Typical Starbucks menu and offerings. This one was extremely busy this day, for whatever reason. It was a Saturday afternoon. Being from out of town, I am not sure when their busy hours are. The employees I encountered were nice enough. Despite the crowd, we received our order within a reasonable amount of time. The hot chocolate tasted good.
Wait time is ridiculously long. Plan on waiting 45 minutes for a coffee. Nice selection of sandwiches, staff is kind but long lines and low staff make for a very long wait.

Strawberry acai refresher was great, make sure to add lemonade. Usually my drinks have a ton of ice in them and today's did not.
