I've gone here a few different times and I don't think my order has ever been right or out in a timely manner. I've had different flavor shakes, regular fries instead of funnel fries (or just none), and one time my loaded fry box wasn't put together so it spilled into the bag. Food always tastes fine, but only go if you're ready for a wait
First of all, we were visiting the area for a baseball tournament an on a whim decided to get some rallys because we haven't had it in a very long time. The drive thru at this one is positioned very odd and awkward to try and maneuver your car through it. The person who took my order appeared to be very unsanitary and was also slurring her words. We could barely understand her. A lady in her 50's. The food was cold and tasted old. We parked and ate our food and not ONE other car went through the drive thru. I'm thinking the locals are aware to stay away from this place. I definitely wouldn't go back.
Went there at around 12 and one old guy worked there and he was the ONLY one working I felt bad but then i watched as he prepared my food. Before he came to the window I could see him getting my order around, WITH NO GLOVEs he was being super unsanitary! Grabbing food from fridge with no gloves and then also touching his face. As soon as i saw that I just drove off I didn't even pay. Very unsanitary DO NOT GO TO BG RALLYS
There was only one employee doing every task at this location. I was picking up 2 door dash orders and waited in the drive thru line for about 30 mins. The guy said he was the manager and his employee(s) left on break and never came back. I pulled in at about 12:10am and left with the orders at about 12:40-12:45am. I felt bad for the manager as he was an older man doing everything in there by himself.
They weren't accepting drive through, only doing doordash but I knew the person working and got to order anyway. Solid chicken bites and good fries as always ?
Twice now I have ordered chili cheese dogs from here and each time the cheese is forgotten and one of my chili dogs didn’t even come with chili on it. Another time I ordered chili cheese fries with my order and they were completely forgotten. I feel bad for complaining but this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with my food because of my order being messed up.
No one else was in line went we went there at 9:00 PM yet we received the wrong order. Additionally, the drive thru menu isn’t illuminated at night so it’s very difficult to see the menu.
Was the first car in drive-thru. Took 5 minutes about just to order a #7 with a coke and a rallys burger lady said she had to log in to the register! Then pull up to the window I see the lady waiting for fries. I waited 10 minutes she finally came to the window. I paid got my food then had to wait on a drink. Like you can't come get my payment n give me a drink first! The 2 workers I seen both looked nasty old time drug users grosses me out. And te lady was complaining that there was now a lineup of 6 cars behind me! I grabbed the burger as soon as I pulled away took 1 bite. It was semi hard and completely cold!! It took 20 minutes to get my food and you mean to tell me they can't make a fresh burger! I will never go back!!! I hope u all read this!
Very upset my order was wrong. I ordered 4 Big Bufords 2 w/no onion & all 4 w/bacon, that was $1.29 extra each sandwich & 2 med. curly fries. What I got was 4 Big Burfords all with no onion or bacon and 2 orders of regular fries. IF YOU R OUT OF CURLY FRIES & BACON SAY SO!!!!!!!!
Came here on 03.05.22, one person working, older man, registers were acting funny and you could tell he was stressed out. I genuinely hope no one was getting frustrated with him, because the entire time he was trying his hardest while apologizing profusely to anyone he felt he inconvenienced. I appreciate this man and I hope his day gets better
