Pisanello's is the best pizza in BG. Fast and polite service, never any errors or problems with our order, and the pepperoni, red onion, and banana pepper pizza is the best!
Ordered delivery tonight.... chef salad minus a couple veggies, politely asked them to sub cheddar for the veggies. Got no mozzarella, tiny bit of cheddar and no egg (should be on there) . Great food but I've never had much luck with them understanding substitutions.
I stopped by Pisanello's for a quick dinner. Pisanello's was a cozy college town pizzeria. A friendly place to sit down and eat with some friends and chat. Not very big so I wouldn't recommend parties of 5 or more. Overall, pizza was slightly above average. Stuffed mozzarella bread sticks were huge. If you're in the area, stop by and check them out.
My Family's favorite pizza place in BG. The staff is always friendly, reasonably priced and an overall good dining experience.
I placed a pick up order, a sub and a salad, was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes. Arrived at Pisanellos and waited a total of an hour and 26 minutes. I live 4 minutes from the restaurant. When I got home, my sub was cold, not hot at all, which it still should be. The sub also had plain bread not garlic bread. The salad didn't have all the toppings it was supposed to have on it and the lettuce was wilted and rusty brown.
We know the store was understaffed and everyone was super friendly, but we got home to eat our pizza, the stuffed crust was still raw and gooey. Flavors were good, but I don't think it outshines any other pizzas in town. Would like to try some of their subs!
Great pizza and friendly service. If you like pizza with just a bit of chew to the crust you'll like Pisanello's Pizza. Been going here for 28 years. Been open for 58 years, per the server.
Food was excellent but had to wait over a hour to get it.
