Didn't know how to do gift cards.. Then, they claim they 'gave the last one away'... Didn't even ask the manager
Called ahead my order, specifically asked for no salt or seasoning on my fries, ranch dressing and lettuce on my sub.None of those things happened. I hade to remind the girl and had to wait additional time to get my order right. Got to my hotel.....NO LETTUCE. Called the store they couldn't help....offered nothing. ******STAY AWAY******
This place was horrible when I went. The college kids they have working don’t care and were lazy. My wife ordered the artichoke sub with no cheese and no Parmesan. The sub only has that on it with the artichokes, but instead of making the sub full they literally sprinkled artichokes on it and cooked it. Should have just ordered the bread at that point. I ordered a pizza sub with extra cheese and add bacon. They put no bacon on it and no pizza sauce on it. It’s a PIZZA SUB! I told them there was no sauce and he just shrugged his shoulders and gave me a little tiny cup of it. Not worth the 50 dollars spent. Waste of money at this location.
Ordered Cheesesteaks and they were hot and delicious!Staff was attentive and friendly!Bathrooms, soda station and ice machine were spotless!Dining room was clean !Hard to find all these things these days in any restaurant so thank you for the great food and experience!
The 1st time they gave me my food it was the wrong person's food so they had to redo They're a whole order but on top of that that I had a modification to my sandwich which obviously the guy just didn't care that was making it because he put it on in any way

$15 for a pizza sub ouch. The place is clean the services good. I like subway much better for the amount I paid for the sub I can easily want somewhere and got a large pizza I won't be back
There were only two people there when I went during the lunch rush and they were doing more than perfect. Great customer service, they were going above and beyond.

We walked in to find one female employee sitting on the counter eating a sandwich and licking her fingers next to where her coworkers were preparing our food. We should have turned around and walked out but were wanting to get back on the road.We were the only 2 people in the store on a Sunday night around 6:45pm. There were 5 employees working yet there was trash on the floor and the tile was so greasy/ dirty you slipped when you walked.After we paid for our food I noticed another employee eating a fry while she was preparing our food on the grill.I understand that it’s difficult to find GOOD employees these days but I would think it important to follow health codes. It was depressing to see such apathetic staff. Common courtesy and work ethic are lacking at this location.
