I asked for light sauce, it had extra. They didn't even cut the pizza. I been stuck in hospital for a friend for days and haven't ate in days. Last thing i needed was this.
I remember when Papa Johns first opened up . There pizza was amazing and I ate it every weekend for about two years lol BUT THEN , they started cutting back on how much cheese etc they put on there pizza. I thought I’d give it ago after several years of not choosing them . What a mistake. Pizza had barely any cheese or toppings. What a joke . I’d rather eat gas station pizza .
Made me wanna say the N word. In a good way. But I held back cause I thought about Papa. Thanks for the Pizza. #papabless

Papa John’s is my favorite take out pizza and there’s only one in my area and I guess I need to stop coming here, which is heart breaking. I ordered from down the road and it said 15-25 min to be ready. When I pulled in 10 min later expecting to wait 5-10 min, there were two workers outside talking and when they saw me they went inside and started working. Great so the app says they’ve been “making” it but ready the timer JUST started because I pulled up. Then about 10 min later some dark haired woman with a kid running around starts making out with a bearded guy instead of making my or anyone else’s food too...obviously all of them had masks off or pulled down. Like WHY? Why is this happening? What “manager” is running this place into the ground? Probably spending a little too much time in the back of the smoke shop next door because I can’t even with this place anymore...
This place used to be great! But recently they have changed a lot of things. One can't even talk to anybody at the Papa John's location. They niw have a call and answering service, people that hardly even speak English, try to take your orders. And if you want to use a coupon, or in our case a credit on my account for a free pizza, forget about it! We were transferred around five or six times trying to get it to work! What a shame this place used to be our favorite, now it's too much of a hassle
