Good experiences here are hit or miss. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me. The girl behind the counter was more concerned with bagging her cookies than to even say that she saw me. I thought I would wait until she was done with the one set, thinking she would say something. Instead she turned and started on another set. Ignoring customers will cause them to go elsewhere. I received better service at Biggby.
Today, I ordered a Caesar salad with bacon & hard-boiled egg. The romaine was like 50% stem, (including multiple entire huge "stumps" from whole heads of lettuce), the croutons were extremely stale, the dressing was provided in two separate dipping cups instead of pre-tossed as the menu description indicated, and it turns out that a $0.99 upcharge on a full-sized salad only gets you one-half of one boiled egg, which is ridiculous.
Had a major snafu w a web order and AGM Raymond found a way to make it right the end. He’s a professional. Unfortunately the incident can really be traced to a major flaw in the corporate online ordering platform. That’s not the stores fault.
It's great to go to a restaurant knowing you will always get what you ordered.
15 minute wait at the drive thru window with no communication or indication what was happening. This Panera was completely out of sides and avocado. I wasn't offered of any sort of rebate or alternatives.
We went through the drive in and had no one in front or back of us. We ordered 2 cups of soup and a muffin and cookie. Also when we pulled in there was no one in the parking lot either. We waited in the drive through 15 minutes, what the heck!! When we finally did get out soup, the order wasn’t even right. So I had to park and go in, once again there was nobody in the building except for employees, what exactly were they doing? I went up to the counter nobody, I went to the pick up area nobody. I finally called out hello and 1 person came up to the counter. I thought where are the other 5 people I saw through the window? I told them my order was wrong and I needed a bowl of creamy tomato, she looked puzzled and I explained again how I just went through the drive in and here is my receipt, I need a cup of soup. WOW what a deal, stay away from the Panera in Bowling Green, OH.
Out of bread bowls. Out of baguettes. Out of half the menu. Soup is barely warm. Apples are brown. Won't be back anytime soon.
Order was quick & correct, friendly staff. Will plan on going again. Drive thru line can be long, during mealtimes especially.
The staff here makes this run of the mill fast food place spectacular. The food is like the food at all Panera's but I just adore the staff. I'm looking at you Kat, Lydia, and Abby! I will miss you so much when you leave Kat! Here's hoping for great things for your future, all of you.
Unfortunately almost every item we ordered needed modifications because of ingredients not being available. What we ended up with was tasty. Had to order from a kiosk, we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant.
